No free lunch and if a casino runs advertisements, they must want to gain something else. If they run promotion with bonuses, they do want to get something else from their current users or from new users who will open accounts on their casinos after reading active promotions with great bonuses.
If users can simply exploit bonuses from a casino, that casino will stop operations soon. It is not what Stake have run and gotten so far as they are very big casino and if they run their marketing many years, their business does operating well and their marketing programs brought good effects.
Believe it or not, players do not really care about such partnership deal as it gives no good effect for players. Some players may even think that new partnership deals, new ambassador, etc will affect the bonus given to them. What players want are more bonuses/promotions that make players stay as long as possible and better experience in the casino, so Stake should also think about it because having partnership with popular brands/people will not make players stay.
Partnership announcements are always cool but users will wait for later announcements to celebrate new partnership like promotions. Maybe some users don't care about such but most of users do care as who don't like giveaways, gifts from the air?

I did manage to get the Top Monthly for the month of June which was distributed to me by my vip host less than an hour ago.
Had to be careful to not bust my balance yesterday completely before adding another $15k to my total wagered amount for the month to just have it tip to $394k.
Although I though it would of been more since I was down -$1860 for the month according to my statistics snapshot I took 24 hours ago.
But I don't think this particular bonus includes the losses into their calculations for it.
Because when I received the Top Monthly bonus this time last year it was for the exact same amount.
Although my host did tell me they would give me the "maximized amount possible" for the top monthly if I did end up reaching it for the month.
