why is stake not restricting the detected account's/s' (multis) rather than making my account's bonus decrease by over 90%?

how is that even logical at all?
There is no "FAQ"

You are getting zero bonus If you have multi-account. Your account can be locked, If you have multi-account and abuse the platform. and one thing stake cannot just deleted the account without some confirmation from the user. If  you have multi-account, feel free to share with the team and ask team to deleted the old account or If you not abused anything just leave the account without touching the old account.

Stake usually detect multiple account via IP. Is there a chance that you are using VPN while playing because this might be the reason why ypu got connected on multiple accounts except when you really did multiple account which is the kost probable reason here. Stake is not allowed to release details of different accounts as much as possible due to privacy ToS.

You knew that those other account is already a garbage once you already use all the bonus and your main account has the VIP feature so you can literally throw everything and save the main account. There is no way stake will lie about there accusation without any proof.

What are you saying? I never registered multiple accounts, if stake says so, why cant stake show those usernames? What kind of privacy is there to protect? when you already claim those multis are my accounts, i should be able to get the list, right?
P.S. What bonuses? First of all, i have one account only, "darkstar" whichever accounts stake marked as my multi, why cant stake ban those accounts' bonuses instead of my account bonus?
I want darkstar's original account bonuses on full, all restrictions lifted, that can be done two ways: 1. ban/restrict bonuses on accounts that stake claims to be my account, 2. Delete those accounts/list those accounts, which i dont know why stake wont reveal to me, when stake says those accounts multis are mine?

I just want a solution or a valid explanation rather than just some B.S.

Thank you for these details it helps the community to understand how Stake deals with his customers. But you didn't answer to the question how you have been aware of this "flag"?
Did they notify you about that with an email or a message, or you have discovered it yourself?
I think it's weird for a company to tell a customer he is a "V.I.P. Platinum" customer for them and then to accuse him of being a so-called abuser without any elements nor explanations, I don't find that professional and trustworthy at all.  You have now certainly other restrictions on your account that you are maybe not aware of like some limits on bets, games and promotions on top of your bonuses.  
Moreover I don't understand how having multiple accounts would help customers to abuse monthly bonuses?  Huh It seems those bonuses are now mainly related to the losses of the customer. Basically to earn bonuses you need to lose money.

Perhaps, Stake found some evidence against your account and reduced your bonuses. Did you use free VPN service or shared IP address? Have you ever made withdrawal to someone else (your friend/known people) wallet address who has account at Stake and used the same address on his account for withdrawal?
These could be some reasons for suspecting you as bonus abusers with multiple accounts. (If you really don't have it)

As per the chat logs that he provides. The support find a bonus abused by using multiple account which is the reason for his account restrictions on bonus. Most of the casino will typically ban him and not just restrict him on the bonus part because maybe Stake still consider him as valuable player despite the abused.

I have same issue to you on Fortunejack before and they request me to choose what account to delete but they never disclosed in the chat what is the other account connected to me when I requested it because I forgot already the username of my old account.

Stake marking my account as Abuse

I have been on stake for a really long time.
 And now i have been flagged as an abuser, isn't it my right to know what you think i have abused?
Coz from what i have been doing, all i have done is play and use only one account which is this: darkstar ( platinum 1)
 why has my monthly, pre and post bonuses have been reduced by ~90%?
 I know they all have been giving me, "abuser, flagged, blah blah" but abuser in what way??

Did you try to withdraw your funds? Are you still able to do it? You should check that first if you haven't checked it till now. You said your pre-monthly and post-monthly bonuses have been decreased (by 90%). It means you are still receiving promotional emails from Stake? Could you confirm it?

Well there is a difference when you're from a location where geo-blocking isn't imposed and you use VPN just to mask your true location for privacy purposes. On the support staff's statement, there isn't anything that explicitly states that VPN usage is prohibited. They just mentioned that if VPN is used in gaming the system, or in the support's words, intent to circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, they are going to take some actions because it violates their terms.

The best thing to do for me before using vpn on any casino platform is directly asking their customer support if they allow it. Sometimes the review we found on different sources are already outdated, the review can say they allow the use of vpn but in the present date, they don't anymore.

Neither they are willing to reveal the accounts which they claim to be my multiple accounts, nor they are willing to help me fix this issue by: 1. terminating the accounts they claim to be my multiple accounts.
2 Nor disabling their bonuses, and let me use my full bonus in my one and only account: darkstar

P.S. The last reply from support(Branko from Stake.com) is absolutely absurd and bonkers.



They don't really have any reason to show you if they don't think there's anything you can say to change their mind.

I need an explanation

Stake marking my account as Abuse

I have been on stake for a really long time.
 And now i have been flagged as an abuser, isn't it my right to know what you think i have abused?
Coz from what i have been doing, all i have done is play and use only one account which is this: darkstar ( platinum 1)
 why has my monthly, pre and post bonuses have been reduced by ~90%?
 I know they all have been giving me, "abuser, flagged, blah blah" but abuser in what way??
 
I really need a detailed explanation as to why my account is being treated like this?

 You have been given a chance to use this account as multiple accounts is not allowed on our platform.

Can I play with a VPN?

Yes, Stakes allowed the use of VPN as this is already discussed long time ago here and in stake community forum. You should just make sure to use a reliable VPN to make sure that you will not encounter any issue because there's a chance that your account might be linked to other banned stake user that use the same vpn as yours because cheap VPN usually just use common IP for all its user.

Invest on good VPN so that you will have no problem in your gaming experience.

The reference you used was last discussed way back 2020 and I'm pretty sure they must have new rules regarding with the use of VPN on their casino.

I've asked their live support now on their website about it and they replied quickly that they don't allow vpn anymore.



The best thing to do for me before using vpn on any casino platform is directly asking their customer support if they allow it. Sometimes the review we found on different sources are already outdated, the review can say they allow the use of vpn but in the present date, they don't anymore.
