Yes i am receiving mails and i am getting about none value of monthly, pre and post bonuses, other bonuses might have been reduced too as far as i know, coz i am getting 0.5$ monthly bonus for 30k$ wager and 0.05$ one time coupon for post monthly bonus, which was released recently, and if you havent read properly, read the chat log with the support, they are the one's' who told me marketting team has reduced my above mentioned bonuses with "abuse" as the reason. I think i deserve an explanation as to which accounts support/marketing seems to think are my alts, when i havent registered a single account other than, "Darkstar" on stake, P.S. Abuse of bonus? how? i am playing and doing everything based on casino/community rules..
They are neither giving the list of accounts they think are my multiple accounts, nor showing me how i abused their bonuses, when they are claiming both...
Stake usually detect multiple account via IP. Is there a chance that you are using VPN while playing because this might be the reason why ypu got connected on multiple accounts except when you really did multiple account which is the kost probable reason here. Stake is not allowed to release details of different accounts as much as possible due to privacy ToS.
You knew that those other account is already a garbage once you already use all the bonus and your main account has the VIP feature so you can literally throw everything and save the main account. There is no way stake will lie about there accusation without any proof.
What are you saying? I never registered multiple accounts, if stake says so, why cant stake show those usernames? What kind of privacy is there to protect? when you already claim those multis are my accounts, i should be able to get the list, right?
P.S. What bonuses? First of all, i have one account only, "darkstar" whichever accounts stake marked as my multi, why cant stake ban those accounts' bonuses instead of my account bonus?
I want darkstar's original account bonuses on full, all restrictions lifted, that can be done two ways: 1. ban/restrict bonuses on accounts that stake claims to be my account, 2. Delete those accounts/list those accounts, which i dont know why stake wont reveal to me, when stake says those accounts multis are mine?
I just want a solution or a valid explanation rather than just some B.S.

Thank you for these details it helps the community to understand how Stake deals with his customers. But you didn't answer to the question how you have been aware of this "flag"?
Did they notify you about that with an email or a message, or you have discovered it yourself?
I think it's weird for a company to tell a customer he is a "V.I.P. Platinum" customer for them and then to accuse him of being a so-called abuser without any elements nor explanations, I don't find that professional and trustworthy at all. You have now certainly other restrictions on your account that you are maybe not aware of like some limits on bets, games and promotions on top of your bonuses.
Moreover I don't understand how having multiple accounts would help customers to abuse monthly bonuses?
It seems those bonuses are now mainly related to the losses of the customer. Basically to earn bonuses you need to lose money.
I discovered "flagged" from site admin's response to someone else about my account and from support too.

For the problem bonus, you should check the time you're doing wagering. And ask to the support about counted date for the last monthly bonus, In-case your waggering is getting counted or not.
If not, then your wagering should counted on the next monthly bonus. In-case about abuse, try to ask what type abuse (Multi-account?) If yes then you should ask the list account from them. Multi-account is not really prohibited, unless you're doing abuse.
Because, I have multi-account (I created new account, because I forget the old account). I'm not using my old account, referring my own account to my account it self and other think.
i have plenty or wager required for minimum bonus for my vip level. and that multiple account and abuse accusation, i am still unclear how and which accounts were involved, as all i can recall is registering and using one and only username: darstar
and since i am stating that, why is stake not restricting the detected account's/s' (multis) rather than making my account's bonus decrease by over 90%?
how is that even logical at all?
