I guess my curiosity now is if this was a paid advertisement by Stake, or is Drake just a guy who uses the service and decided to throw a free advertisement their way?  I also wonder if this caused a massive spike in bets.
Drake is known to bet big amounts and i am not sure how the bet slip was published, but if stake was doing the promotion they would have gladly advertised it rather than looking like a bet from Drake and the reason these information gets out is because you need to verify yourself if you want to place a bet with fiat currency (CAD) and that is how he made the bet and not with Bitcoin.
The wagered amounts were made in bitcoin from the screen shots shown of his bets there is an option to display the crypto used in fiat amounts on their platform. But crypto was used in the end.

Sure it's a bet with Bitcoin just convert it to CAD as local currency you can do the same with any coin. Fiat deposits are not allowed except through third parties , third party will send coins to your account. Regarding whether it's an advertising bet no one really knows but I'm sure it's a paid promotion.
I highly doubt it was an advertisement for them as the news site bloomberg covered it a few days after and never once mentioned the site's name where the bets were placed. It was more like a celebrity endorsement from actually having an account and just placing a bet on the site.
The link to the video can be viewed from the thread which had been discussing about these three large bets placed by the singer.

For the second time I got a message like this:

Your IP is Temporarily Limited
What happened?

Your IP has been temporarily limited for security reasons. This is commonly known as rate limiting. If you are using a VPN please turn it off or switch to a new location.

It's not difficult you just need to change your IP problem solved right? this is the weakness of a VPN when someone first uses it for something banned then you as the second user will get the impact this IP has been identified as causing harm to  stake so that it is no longer allowed even though your area is actually allowed. If this problem keeps recurring then contact support.

It does not necessarily mean that someone is doing bad things from that IP address. It could also mean that someone is using a gambling bot and, as a result, there is a rate limiting. It is quite common to experience this if free VPN services are being used that continuously recycle IP addresses.

Yes, it's very difficult to do 1200+ spins because we don't necessarily get a big jackpot or prize. But who knows, by doing less than 1200+ spins, we also have a chance to get a big prize and if it really happens to us, it will be a valuable prize for us. I will not try to play until 1200+ and maybe my game so far has never even been more than 100x spins because that would put a very big risk of losing for me. Very few people can be really lucky to hit a big prize or jackpot and I can't do what they do and I just play it rough.

I personally had fun with this one, a decent challenging multiplier is nice every once in a while. Had a few good wins, nothing to show off but I ended in a profit  Grin

Our luck is different I can't get anything even though it has played 1200+ spins which I never found before in any games and providers
After all  this game is without scatters right? That's what made me wonder why there were no scatters, then I realized that there were indeed no scatters.

I'm shocked this thread isn't full of people talking about Drake's Super Bowl bet.  Not that he bet over a million dollars in Bitcoin and actually won more Bitcoin than he bet, but that he did it on Stake.com!  I really had my doubts as to whether it was real or not, especially after not seeing anything about it on these forums (maybe I didn't actually search, but I did glance) but it seems like I've seen these screenshots on enough different sites now that there must be truth to it.

Nah, I doubt if this was a paid advertisement stunt from the Stake marketing team. The guy obviously enjoy betting on Stake.com and he bragged about this on social media. (flaunting his wealth like a true celebrity)  Roll Eyes

I will much rather have Stake.com approaching Drake for some kind of sponsorship ...than them having to pay millions to Watford soccer team that are at the bottom end of the Premier league and possibly being relegated.   Roll Eyes

Drake's bets are small in comparison with one of the players that wagered over 1 Billion dollars a few weeks ago.  Roll Eyes

Drake's bets might be small in comparison, but his reach isn't.  He's also a branding magician so I doubt he would be so careless as to think that him tweeting those images wouldn't be a benefit to Stake.  You'd think he would have asked for some sort of compensation before posting what appeared to be an advertisement for Stake.  Given the history of celebrities getting in trouble for stuff like that, it wouldn't be completely out of the question for me to assume that Stake actually put up all the money for the bet in exchange for his tweets.  I wonder if we'll see more mainstream appearances of Stake in the future, and what other celebrities could be next.

I have never bet up to 1200+ spins but I only use a small part of my money to gamble. I never imagined how much money will be used to do 1200+ spins but I guess it will depend on how much money we use for one spin.

To get the jackpot is very difficult because it depends on how lucky we are in gambling games. The more people try their luck, the more money they will spend. And it can lead them to get more losses.
It is just a method to use if you really want to handle that. Nobody says that you should be doing 1200+ version of it because that is too much and I am sure that you are not going to be wanting something like that if you do not have too much money or time. However, if you really want to aim at that and you do not have that much money then I would totally understand someone who would be fighting for something like that. It doesn't take too much money but it does take a lot of time.

There are just some people in the world who are not in financially straining situation and they have a lot of time and money to test these things so it is totally understandable for those people to test it out. You and me or people like us may not have the money or more realistically we may not have the money to test something like that, this is why we do not even try for it.

More than a month has passed now.

You have time to post promotional stuff but don't care to provide me with an update on my case? You have literally scammed me for $70k and you are not even replying anymore.

Please solve my case - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/stake-holding-my-balance-70000-claiming-odds-provider-investigation-5383835

How long the odds provider needs to let me withdraw my funds and how long you will just watch the odd provider fuck with a players' funds?

Are you just going to let the provider SCAM ME and do nothing? then close the casino and redirect to the odds provider website directly, if you are earning commissions in between better be responsible towards the player

Welcome to doubts user OgNasty. Grin

In "Stake" is now already full of streamer, youtube or promotions by doing betting with million $. I don't think people will gonna believe is real, just take example with Trainwreckstv from a gamer to a gambling streamer now.

His betting is also with million $ bankroll, I guess since stake already full of promotion this have some high chance is also a paid advertisement My big question, how much money stake payed to make all of this person to change his lifestyle like Train from gamer to gambling.
It was probably advertisement to bring more users in Drake's story  Smiley
Regarding Trainwreckstv, he is paid over $mln since he clearly said he has monthly contract with Stake team as Rosh.

Whatever actually happened we never know so far we're just guessing one example Stake paid around $6.8-8.3 million  for Watford every year as sponsor
You probably know how big Watford is and compare Trainwreckstv so you can guess how much he deserves honestly I'm not sure it's more than $1 million
Even if it's true it must be with complicated conditions

Even TrainW said on live stream, he is not going to deposit his money to stream on stupid slots that keep stealing from him for days. This is the moment we should think about it and don't fall to this advertisement trap. They are there for reason and they are paid to do this job, nothing personal just their business model works like that.
