^^The way I remember it when I reached VIP Platinum I, they didn't send the bonus links through email for claiming bonuses. Instead, a support representative contacted me via chat support to inform me that I had reached VIP Platinum and that representative provided me with the link to claim the bonuses.

When did you register your account? I have a bronze account too that inactive for a long time. I stop wagering here after I reach the first VIP level which took me so long to meet the xp required.
I just check my email but can’t see anything about this promotion. I think this is just on random basis for users that meet the Stake criteria probably the date of registration of the account and not the VIP level. I will try to become more active here just to try whether I will receive same offer or not. Congrats.

For bonuses like these not much is known. If there's some downtime or a mistake in Stake they may chose to give back to the community at their own accord. So the $25 given is very generous indeed. I was active wagering this week so surely it must have played some role but otherwise I don't know much. It's just very generous because it's unexpected and they definitely didn't have to give that much.

Well, lets see in the upcoming weekend live stream, hopefully no more lags like last weekend stream. It was really annoying although I could claim some codes but in overall experience while playing was bad, so hopefully the maintenance will fix all the lags and the next weekend will be smooth so not many users complaint about the lag. Frankly speaking, I doubt that the lag will completely gone because its been so old issue at stake but the lag is still coming from time to time.

Yes this is more better since they can escape for a lot of costumers complain regarding on lagging issues happening on their casino. For sure people will understand that they need to fix something on their site so they can give more better users experience while playing on their casino. Now its better for gamblers to take a rest since this maintenance could give them some time to relax and will not think about other gambling thoughts.
For sure they will fix it since for sure they can't afford to lose their costumers if they will not pay attention on complains and those lagging issue will cause them to lose a lot of costumer so provably they will look at the issue and solve it.

I received the same amount since that's what I got from the previous post monthly. It's not much, but i'll gladly welcome these bonuses whenever there are lag problems again.
