Stake.com has become one of my top 3 crypto casinos. The selection of games is great and there is something for everyone.
What I also have to praise is the bonus system. I have now been joined the VIP-Club, which really brings the bonuses to their full potential.
What was also surprised to me, was that shortly after my achievement of VIP status, the support contacted me via chat and provided me with an additional bonus (without requirements). Nice... Smiley
I've had a few nice multis in the last few days as well:

What??
Your comment is like 4 hours later and in 4h the mempool can change dramatically. When I wanted to make my withdrawal a "urgent fee" was around 70sat/b . 0.00025 would have been around 150-180sat/b or something. Totally overcharged.
Your numbers have zero relevance to what I wrote. I was talking about the fee they charge and the actual fee required and NOT about the fee of the time YOU checked.

It didn't change very much at all in those 4 hours.

If I use btc I use btc, that's how it is.
Then you should be prepared to pay a $10-$20 fee for a slower transaction.  That's how it is.  If you change your mind, trx, ltc, and eos will be waiting for you with faster transactions for less than 10 cents.

I guess not everyone got the email.

In the beginning playing on stake, I make some mistake register 2 accounts so I not used one the accounts and become a dummy account. The email fee was sent to the unused accounts, I guess this email was targeting a user who not playing for a long time or the activity was really low so hoping they are coming back again on Stake.

If you really active on Stake, I think you will not receive this email because I really active on my main account and guess what not receive a email fee.
'

You know well that this is absolute bs, lol.
Just cut it.

There was an email.  I didn't get it either but know someone else that did.  It was referring to purchasing bitcoins via their third party.  They also tweeted about it.

I also did not receive an email from Stake regarding the withdrawal fee reduction. The last email I received was on Wednesday containing a reload bonus, and I just opened it, so thanks for the $ 1.3 expiration date on the first day of next month.

He should double-check the email he received if it really came from Stake's official mail. Because he might fall victim to phishing links and hack his account.

Have anyone got the good news from Stake. Today I received a mail from Stake mentioning the reduction with the transaction fee. The fee which has been into discussion is taken into consideration by Stake and has reduced to 3.9% from 4.5% and there is plans for further reduction.

Good work from Stake.

I didn't get the email, but transaction fees aren't a fixed percentage, they're a flat rate that only varies depending on which crypto you use.

Only thing I can think of is they must be referring to buying crypto with your credit card through their third party provider or something.

Checked my inbox but I did not received the email as well, usually news email is sent to all users but how can this news is not being sent to all? @vaskiy, would you mind to take a screenshot of the email? Wondering if it is an official email from stake of not as I have never received any emails whenever Stake is adjusting their withdrawal fee.

When claiming the monthly reward using TRX the claim notification show me 90$ and guess what on the balance got 75$ Grin any reason why the notification different with actual balance we receive?

It's because of the volatility of that crypto or there has another reason.
It could be both the volatility considering everything is falling like crazy lately, or it could be just another misunderstanding or mishap by the marketing vs the real results, which rarely happens but it is not unheard of. Honestly stake giving out so much free money is the proof that they will never be a website that people will forget in the future, it will never be "once upon a time there was a great casino called stake in crypto", they will always be prominent and at the top levels.

Why do I say this? Because let's face it, satoshidice was the first one and they are gone, just-dice was an early one and they are gone, primedice is still lingering but I am sure stake moved beyond that already, there were so many coins both early on and later that became famous but then slowly faded away, it is not easy to be at top levels for years without ever going down.

Another unreasonable high withdrawal fee Sad .

Mempool is ok for at least 5 hours now and yet the fee is at 0.00025, way too high!

I don't think the high fees for withdrawing BTC is a stake-only issue per se. I mean, it's no longer news that BTC network fees has been on the high side for a while now. Considering the withdrawal fees I've seen on other casinos and sports betting platforms, stake's fees are decent. Crypto Exchanges charge a flat $20+ as fees even my non-custodial wallet app takes between $14 - $19.  There's an alternative too. You could use dinabot (thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptogamblerspub-5106586) to do a coinswitch to TRX and then withdraw with 5% fee for the service.

Don't forget it's a general problem not just for stake users.
@nelson4lov, in a situation like where people complain about the fee. I will advise the stake team to integrate a low withdrawing fee option for BTC (by merging two or more withdraw in a single transaction)  for users who are not hasting for their withdrawal.
@btcgrin-vic, the mempool maybe ok at your end but the 0.00025 fees per transaction is not too high with what I am seeing here cause it not enough for a transaction to be confirmed in the next 6 blocks

Use something besides btc or eth if tx fees are a concern.
Most of the people used to deposit and withdraw the funds often. This is the reason why transaction fee is much into discussion when it comes to gambling sites. I used to have the funds moved to the vault and withdraw to the main account whenever necessary. This helps me overcome the unwanted withdrawal and deposit. As Stake is a trusted platform I prefer this feature.

One thing I'd like to clarify, though. Will the prize pool be $1,000 or $2,000?

From what i remember when was the last time I made a withdrawal on the site, the fee was set to 0.0002btc, which is roughly $9.81 at today's prices.
Which isn't to bad if you are doing more than just their minimum which was at the time 0.002btc when it was done for me.
But yes, if the concern is about how to reduce such high fees on the minimum:
Maybe they should have a system put in place that calculates the fees dynamically such as another site I use to wager on, yolodice had put in place to fight against the high volatility when btc price decides to do a sudden nose dive or skyrockets to new heights. Cool

www.Crypto.Games: Multiple coins, multiple games
Plus he was capable of withdrawing it which tells me that dude just got out as soon as he won, that is a very crucial information because there are so many gamblers who win and they just keep playing and playing until they lose, that is something we wouldn't want him to have, it is much better that the dude got away and moved on since that would mean he wouldn't be losing it gambling for longer.
We cannot say for sure. He probably withdrew quickly to recover his losses asap or he probably urgently needed the cash. It's tough to judge whether he was up or down overall, but the win was spectacular and gutsy regardless.

This is a common issue. I tend to use LTC or Doge when the TX fees go out of control which helps drastically reduce the TX times and fees. Another alternative is to wait until the fee drops later on.

Slot is based on luck and in that case, your luck is not on your side.   Tongue Maybe, if you are racking all those consecutive losses, try to stop and go to other games. And then, just go back and see for yourself if your game will change. If that will continue, it means, your luck is really not working on your side . Better try other games.
