i just notice that we can cash out our bet on sportsbook but is there any requirement about when we can cashout our bet?

It's pretty simple, the same market where you bet on has to be open for betting to cashout. If for example you bet on normal handicap line but this market is currently closed while only the asian handicap markets are open, then you cannot cashout.
so as long the market still open i can cashout my bet? i don't know this feature because everytime i placed a bet on sports i just leave it
Depends on system to read score and markets. In case games goes and whistle hasn't sounded, the sign of the game is over, then type your bets available still on market you can do cashout but not 100% from your odds. the cashout will be gone if the games almost over or injury time.

I have to say that the website is EXTREMELY SLOW and heavy! Anyone else notice this too? All other webpages I have open in Chrome slow down too when I have stake.com open next to it. And the stake.com page itself is mega slow too. Am I the only one?

Knicks won so that slip became a loss for 2 bitcoins, that is how little the margin of error is in sportsbooks, it looked like warriors might win the game whole game but then Knicks rallied back and won it. If he won that would have been a great win for the sportsbook community in general showing how high the wins could get.

We have seen people gamble a whole lot on dice and win as well but we didn't get a huge win from the sportsbook just yet, I know with time that will happen but 2 bitcoin bet on sportsbook was the biggest I have seen. In any case I am sure one day we will get a 10+ bitcoin win on sportsbook as well, we just need time, sports is more difficult than just playing on dice which requires only luck and one click so that is more common than sportsbook wins.

That is what sets stake apart from other bookies, the cashout option. Had there not been a cashout option, that bet would have lost. So, he basically would have lost that bet if he would played in the majority of other books, if not all. This is why I decided to give stake a go, it has some neat and unique features, that sets them apart from their competitors. Congratulations to the hidden winner, it was a close call for sure, especially when it went to OT..

by the way , does anybody noticed that the stake sportsbetting lines is a little bit poor compared to any other bitcooin sportsbook? i know stake is new in this industry but hey there always a room for improvement right?
Its quite obvious to people like me who regularly gamble on sportsbooks like Pinnacle where the odds are way better. At the moment, Stake sportsbook is alright, but needs to improve their odds by reducing their margins.

Also, the lag needs to decrease too while placing multi-bets. The biggest advantage I found with this sportsbook is the ability to bet with just 100 satoshis.
that is what i mean  Cheesy , let's see how they will go maintain the service in the coming years.

100 satoshi even lower! if you bet with altcoins like ripple or tron , i do noticed laggy about when you placed a multi-bets i thought it was just my browser that has too much cookies in it, have not clear it though.

Pretty insane multi-leg bet right now on stake! The most sure bet of GS over Knicks is now this bettor's biggest hurdle but this player is letting it ride and just 2 games shy of 17.5BTC!

https://stake.com/sports?iid=sport%3A107907&modal=sportBet

EDIT: 3/4 have been hit!! Now this punter is 1 game away from winning 17.5BTC

too bad , the bet must be settled as lost by now . GSW lost at the ET. one more 3 points for GSW and this bet pays you $120k!
who the heck doing this crazy multi-bets thesedays? and included GSW to win where everybody knows that they are sucks this season without curry and thompson. that was an interesting match between losers of the season though.

amazing ,one bet +15.000 $
not only a lucky sports bettor , also some sort of a visionaire , well predicted that the game was not going to be in his favour
wow this guy has some guts , let it ride and cashed out at the final moment ( probably )
and it was the right decision , 4 btc is way better than 0  if he stayed

Odds are not doing that well in my opinion, it started out with some decent ones but I have seen small changes to odds recently, they are a bit worse, not a whole lot but a bit worse than another place I gambled sportsbooks, like 1.76 versus 1.77, not huge, not big but for some reason they are always not in preferred way.

Stake has to talk with their provider and find a way to get better odds than this, otherwise they are going to lose a lot of people who want to bet here. If you are a person who gamble at stake anyway (on the casino side) then using the same place for sportsbook will be easier and there will always be some people who will bet here but for all others like me who already gamble at other places it will be hard to make the switch to here if they don't find better odds.

I stand with Ukraine.
~For me personally, 17 XRP (or 0.00052 BTC) is a nice win. Smiley
of course that was a nice win considering it gave you 100x  Shocked

maybe for some people spending 0.00001024 XRP to gamble is more likely wasting time , but considering you are get used to gamble with small amount only, i guess you are not looking for profit since the beginning ? at all? for fun i knew it.
$10 or $100 winning , i can consider it as a winning that was not wasting time at all  Cheesy .

17 XRP around $5 right? what happened to your 17 XRP now? don't tell me you busted all already.

No, I didn't bust it. I play only with small amounts, remember? Smiley This way you can make your game last longer. In fact, I even won a bit more, and here's my XRP balance currently:

~ i dont know what is the reason behind that but i can relate with that  as this also happens to me  when i swap bets from low to huge or huge to low vice versa  but there is that time that you can hit a good multiplier after you bet huge but the occurence for that to happen is only rare  . ~

I can assure you that this is an illusion. In a provably fair casino like Stake the bet amount doesn't affect the outcome. Actually you can check it yourself to see that what matters is the pair, Client Seed and Server Seed, and that bet amount is not a factor.

The bettor not completely lost in his multibet but he did cashed out before the GSW and NYK match ended. Even though he didn't get the full payout at least he could double his money instead of losing everything.

Well, those gifts are of course for the VIP people who already gamble a lot, it is incentives type of thing to get you gambling more and not a competition or a promotion. If you gamble lets say 200 bitcoins at a place there is a big chance you lose 2 bitcoins (the 1% house edge) and that equals to you spending 15k for the gifts (or at least chance of those gifts) now of course it is a good thing that they are giving back and it is a great way to drop the house edge for whales but I would have preferred if it was for everyone instead of just the whales so we would all have the same chance.

For example, another place is doing a Lambo giveaway and 1 ticket will win it all, sure you can be whale and have many many tickets and a chance to win but even a person with one ticket could win as well, those type of stuff is much more fun for people like me who can't afford VIP status.

I think I prefer a mix of both. You have to be able to reward big whales who wager at your casino,,, especially because they can always choose to gambler at other places so you have to find a way to keep them.

At the same time you want to attract volume from regular players (like me hehe). The lottery system is one very good way. Reward everyone with a chance to win, even 1 ticket can win, that is very big incentive.

Oh and 17.5 BTC on a parlay,,, they call that not big balls in my home, they call it, putting his balls on the road for a car to hit. Nice! I see the guy cashed out for only 4 BTC but still very huge. And he was right on that too, his last selection lost!

I'm definitely going to try out this site!

Since how long do they offer Sportsbetting? I never realized they offered that.

Edit: looks like a clear copy of Sportsbet.io indeed! Not that it's a bad thing btw.

May I ask Stake.com, why do you have listed "asian total" and then only offer "normal totals"? I see you offer Over/Under 1,5, 2,5 and 3,5 goals (which are called normal totals usually) and you do not offer quarter balls such as Over/Under 3,25 and 2,75 and 2,25 etc. (those one are actually called asian totals). Why is this? If you are copying odds from Sportsbet, why not copy over those markets as well? The more offer, the better!

They're not copying odds directly from Sportsbet. They use the same provider I believe and within that provider, they can choose the markets (and margins) that they want to offer. I'm guessing that they don't want to copy quarter point markets because it can be very confusing to new bettors ("I bet under 3.25 and the game ended 2-1 but my bet was only a half win!"). Nitrogen has a similar policy of not offering quarter point markets.

Interesting theory (of not wanting to "confuse" their customers) but then it would not explain why they DO offer quarter ball asians on pre-match markets. The only part where they leave them out is in livebetting.

yeah as I noticed even the margins aren't the same for all the markets , these days I'm comparing stake with wink and it seems for the popular markets stake has slightly better odds while for the cards and corners markets odds are exactly the same in both sites
for the not so popular events and for live betting I usually find better odds with wink

not all the lines offered as you mentioned especially the 0.25 and 0.75 markets , also a lot of games that wink offers stake doesn't offer

so even when different sites using the same provider you will find different situations , even the margin won't be the same for the different events

BTW I'm mentioning wink just as an example and I don't recommend anyone betting there these days , been using them for less than 2 months so far and I have encountered tons of problems with pretty much no support to back me up
