And just play with the amount you are wiling to lose as well. I'm sure that those who bet that big are whales and can easily lose that money that's why they take the risk and it's rewarding at the end.

But if you are just a casual bettors, I would say that you won't make that bet and that's the difference if you have deep pockets and people who are betting and hoping that their luck will bring a windfall.
Total wager to hit those payout are pretty small if compared to the latest winning but you says make sense that this way are risky and required deep pocket to do so because small percentages to win which mean hard to do so and some of gamblers does not liked this way including me even mostly they liked to bets as usual
A total risky ways of playing, numbers of possible loses is much higher than the numbers of your possible wins, considering that you have a deep pocket and you are working with usual martingale strategy, if you are lucky enough then surely you'll be able to hit this prize.

In the end, players/gamblers will decide what particular style or sets of strategy they'll gonna use trying to win decent inside the house.

If you use adblock or any other type of ad blocking browser plugin the website will return a message saying to "Please disable adblock and try our site again".

The ads won't load with adblock and you won't get your tiny faucet.

Adblock is generally good for regular surfing but those websites that force you to view ads, they use a script that detects when you don't see the ad and it doesn't let you proceed further.
Honestly if a website is using adblock detection and do not allow me to visit them or do anything in them, I would just keep on moving to another website. Maybe not on stake since I do like to be part of the community and gamble here however for all other faucet places since they do not even worth the effort I put into them I would rather not use them all together instead of not using my adblock.

Moreover, I do understand people who do not use adblock, nobody has to use adblock if they are only visiting websites that they know of. Like a old lady who visits facebook and news websites daily, she doesn't need adblock. I only require it because god knows where I go visit every day and eventually I may end up visiting a website with malware. You need to pick faucets and their worth for your adblock, stake worth it, freebitco.in worth it, some unknown small place probably doesn't.

Some people asked why the forum is loading slow in this last 48hs. The guys are already working on it, this is the official answer of DAN:

Quote from: Dan
The forum has been under constant DDoS, I've done a few changes to try and stabilise the service form the attacker.

The "casino" part of Stake (where you actually bet) is working at 100%, the "forum" part is the only one affected.
I would think if the forum part of the site is slow then the whole site would be too.
Are they not part of the same domain/webserver or are they separate?

This Stake player casually turns 0.01 BTC into over $6,000 profit!

Which payout multiplier do you use the most when you play dice?
Let us know in a comment with your Stake username and you could win a Bitcoin prize!

That is a huge win starting with such a low amount. And on playing dice? Shocked
Didnt know the payouts can be this much for such a simple game. Either pick if the roll is low or high. Right?
I will maybe need to try my luck on the site this weekend instead of betting on the super bowl. Wink
You have to look at the previous page that there was some users who very lucky and win with high amount so this is not first time happened on dice game and indeed dice a simple game only pick roll high or low but sometimes it will give you decent amount of money when you starting to playing it with luck

Again using adblock saves about 95%+ of your troubles but nobody "deserves" a bad thing happen to them just because they are not technologically up to date on the precautions they can take. We as people who know them should help them to learn it instead of mock them for not knowing it.

In 2019 after more than 20 years passed since the internet became mainstream, yes you can't afford to use a PC without adblock. This is not even debatable. I know not every person is tech savy but ffs don't they get uncomfortable for watching ads on youtube for friggin 10 seconds in the middle of a fckn video? This is worse than a torture to me. I can't believe how someone can use a pc like this.

They know how to use goddamn facebook, instagram, WhatsApp and most people who doesn't use adblock use those shitty mainstream services pretty well. All they need is to type "how to block ads" on google and they will immediately find adblock as the first result. Google makes it very easy for us;)

That's why I said they deserve it. You can still afford to be stupid in 2019 but not that stupid. It gives me pain to watch those people.

it is called antiadblock and most of the paid faucet scripts have it preinstalled
well the  faucet owners have to make money somehow
I agree that it is a waste of time, but many people started their journey with bitcoin from faucets
same with the casinos, faucets are good to give players the taste of the game , but there is a thin line between marketing and getting abused by multiaccounts and bots
think Stake had to decrease their faucet at some point due to the bots leaching on their faucet 24/7

Google made a deal with adblock long time ago Smiley so they do not block some of the ads
I use ublock instead and pretty happy with it
and I'm with you on ads inside youtube videos, I turned ublock once and instantly regretted it
one guy managed to put twelve ads in a 6 minute video, jeez

I use ublock myself. Actually I remember I used to use adblock, adblock+ and ublock all together along with anti-antiadblock scripts and ghostery (this one doesn't send your traffic to google but still collects it and I am pretty sure they still sell your shit to someone else -which can be or not more dangerous than sending them to google- so I stopped using it),  script blocker. Nowadays I only use ublock which seems to handle the job quite well.

What I'm trying to tell is; where there is a will, there is a way. The people we are talking about don't even capable of looking for the solution to  their problem. If they were able to look it up on google they could have made their way to ublock as well.

bitcointalk.org is one of few websites I don't block ads btw because the ads here are not getting to my nerves at all. Theymos handled this like a boss.

Those faucet websites are usually a big waste of time. You are basically exposing your computer of getting malware installed and are forced to click thru and watch many annoying ads to make a fraction of a penny.

This is non-sense. You are not going to get any malwares from faucets, especially if you are using the decent ones like freebitco.in. Also, If you are using a browser without an adblock plugin in 2019 you deserve to get every filth there is on the internet. As long as you take some simple precautions, no matter what website you visit, surfing on the internet is pretty safe.
You might be right but is that tonne really necessary ?

I understand that faucets are indeed safe (depending on the faucet but I mean the good ones like freebitco.in that you mentioned) and they won't put malware on your computer if you select your faucet properly. Moreover, adblock is not always the solution, there are malwares that try to lock your PC and make you pay ransom which is almost always blocked by adblock however there are ones that use your CPU at max for mining and there are still some that leak out of the adblock on those malwares.

Again using adblock saves about 95%+ of your troubles but nobody "deserves" a bad thing happen to them just because they are not technologically up to date on the precautions they can take. We as people who know them should help them to learn it instead of mock them for not knowing it.

Hey Stunna, or any mods of Stake,

I noticed that on your site homepage, you show blackjack as a 0,5% house edge game. In the rules however, you tell us that the game has a 0,4% house edge. Firstly: this is a discrepancy.
Secondly, I used the (wizzardofodds tool) to calculate that the actual edge is 0,6%. Why do you choose to show wrong information? 0,1% or 0,2% might not seem like much, but compared to the 0,4% you show in the rules, it's a 25 or 50% increase in house edge!

Someone might want to call this misleading. I don't want to go that far, but please show the correct house edges on your site. Thanks!

My question still remains unanswered.
I think Stunna is busy or have not noticed your post, please wait a little bit if still unanswered then trying to ask on pm by providing the link of the question sothat Stunna can reply on the question.

I'm sure he is referring to those fake sites where you have to click on countless links to find that the prize is behind a pay/offer wall... and don't be surprised if people still don't use adblocks, a see everywhere 8friends, family, coworkers) with laptops without any adblocks, youtube shows an add after each 2 videos, and spotify is full of ads too. It is mindblowing the time they waste with ads.

Of course Stake gives the faucet without showing ads Cheesy
