letters with asking you to close the account and instead received a message with a bunch of ridiculous and unfounded requests for information. So, today I am contacted one more time and again they did not help me.
The essence of the problem: I want to close my account in this casino. According to the
Terms and conditions of the casino
, point 11.1, "Account Closure
Should You wish to close your account with Us, please send an email from your registered email, that you provided Us with while registering the account to our support email". As you can see I must write a letter about closing the account and send it from the email address to which the account is registered. I did it two days ago. And I received an answer that additional information is needed for closing:

For security reasons please provide us with the following information:
1. Email and username.
2. Last game played on StarBets
3. Number of Star Tokens in your account.
4. Last deposit amount.
As this process is irreversible, you will lose any funds and/or stars in your account."
