So, today I am contacted one more time and again they did not help me.

The essence of the problem: I want to close  my account in this casino. According to the Terms and conditions of the casino, point 11.1, "Account Closure
Should You wish to close your account with Us, please send an email from your registered email, that you provided Us with while registering the account to our support email". As you can see I must write a letter about closing the account and send it from the email address to which the account is registered. I did it two days ago. And I received an answer that additional information is needed for closing:

Hi Ian!
I apologize for any convenience that may happen.
I don't see anything wrong from our support end. We need further information for security reasons as the support agent already said. If you want to close your account, you have to answer some security questions that the support agent asked.

Your question: why do I have to provide the details?

Answer: You have to prove this for security purposes. In case your email gets compromised and someone else may ask for account closure which we don't want. We ask other questions to make sure it's you.
