Had a bad experience with starbets unfortunately although the vip manager has been generally good with helping me in terms of responsiveness.

I placed a 10LTC bet on limbo multiple times ending in multiple losses (which is fine, that's not the issue). After placing about 4 bets with 4 losses in a row I placed a 5th one which paused the game animation and nothing happened. When I refreshed my balance was changed as if there was a loss and was recalculated due to swapping over to a bonus balance. I immediately checked my bet history and there was no record of my last bet being placed. Normally you can see ever wager you've made, the amount, the game, and the result. I immediately contacted the vip manager and he contacted the dev team to look into it. I initially got a response stating there was no issue seen by the devs and I requested the bet to be voided due to having no proof on the site that the bet was placed. A few days later the vip manager got back to me with another response since I had request them to review it. Again I received the same answer. I would normally let this slide as a 10ltc bet does not mean much to me in the grand scheme, however the lack of evidence on the site for the player to be able to confirm that A) the bet was actually placed and B) it resulted in a loss. After informing the vip host of my concerns about how this  reflects poorly in the sites integrity and that I would like close my account he became rude and condescending towards me, even going to insult my intellect. I will say that up until this point the vip manager had been helpful and responsive, but this last interaction was well below the expected professionalism for a host.

For reference I only opened my account with starbets about a week ago and I have already wagered over 6BTC as well as placing first on yesturdays daily wagering. So if they treat a highroller player like this I don't expect a smaller players concerns to be well received

I will be deactivating my account and not returning as I can no longer recommend this site.

I am not bias and will state that they were previously good for paying out my withdrawals quickly and having a fairly responsive vip host.


I will post follow up screenshots when I get home as I am currently writer this on my phone.

I said that I have some issues with slots...
