agreed. they decide cases with no rhyme or reason. my 3 transactions are identical, they should all be either yes or no...he was quick to refund all 3.

update: I don't know how Paypal decides cases, but i had 3 separate transactions and i got credit for only 1 ! they are 3 identical cases, and 2 were ruled against me and another was ruled in my favor. what a joke.
I think the problem is PayPal says "he fooled you once and we'll take care of it" but "if he fooled you 2 more times it's your problem."
problem with that is i purchased all 3 of them all in a span of maybe 20 mins. i don't think paypal even really reads WTF they are deciding on. it makes no sense to rule in my favor for 1 then rule against me the other 2. all should either be yay or nay. This QuangVu is one lucky cocksucker.
They are flipping coins to decide who should win the case. I've dealt with them extensively in years past, and now I simply avoid them at all costs.

A couple of weeks ago I did a transaction via PP that worked fine. I used the entire balance of the card no problem.

update, called paypal and spoke to a manager. he reviewed the case and gave me credit for my paypal transactions with that cocksucking faggot seller QuangVu.

Are you sure PayPal allows you reverse a payment sent as a "Personal Payment (aka pay a friend)"? I didn't think they did. It's good news if they do, Anyone know FOR SURE or are you all assuming they do?
my Paypal payments were not sent "friends and family". so i expect to have no issues with paypal.

not really sure, paypal is known for siding with the buyers 100% of the time and if you file a charge back with your credit card...the seller is fucked. i have been on the nasty side of some bad deals lately. costly lessons learned.
