Most of these starbucks sellers are buying from someone else, who is most likely using stolen credit cards to purchase them. Resellers think this is okay... but it's not.

Some of you guys are crazy to keep buying these stolen cards. What happens if starbucks start cracking down and you're on camera using stolen gift cards?

Usually the only people who buy these type of cards on ebay are scammers who will chargeback or use hacked accounts. Doubt they pay in BTC or any other non reversible payment method.
