There is no mistake in bonus.
You got your 300% bonus but to get it on your account you have to wager it. I.e. to place enough bets. Your deposit is 1500, wager is 30. It means that to get you should place 30×1500 bits.

It seems that many users are having bad experience with this site, I never actually manage to finish the rollover bonus before at x10, but if the rollover is really more than x10 as stated by Bitinity, then I suppose the admin should change the promotion title of rollover to the exact amount of rollover needed to withdraw, because that would avoid a lot of confusion to new player who deposit at your site.

And it simply is frustrating if the players can't withdraw their money after completing the rollover of x10
