systes like this never works or allow you to earn some serious amount of btc
its like work for 10 hours/day, get 0.00000001 btc every hour

Is a good way for beginners to earningn bitcoin , althought the amount of BTC earned is not high, but Is nice way to start and understand all about bitcoin and how to earn it.

Out of the list, only think 2 are reputable since bitvisitor and freebitcoin has been around for awhile.

Nothing against the other faucets, but the two I mentioned has proven its reputation of constant pay.

I believe a link to his personal blog/website is okay.
As long as he don't show the referral links directly in his posts, it is allowed.  Smiley
but his site links are full of referrals so that's why I asked if it was technically a spam
