The statistics doesn't surprise me at all. I didn't expect people who make donations to be active with their accounts.
There is a tendency that they would not be actively involved but just want to be a part of the forum as respected members.
The statistics proves this tendency right as 58% of the people with donations have abandoned their account.
I enjoy the fact that one has to grow to certain levels in the forum to appreciate ranks and one's knowledge as well grows with it. I believe more in the process than the product.

First of all, congratulations on collecting and compiling the information presented.
I really had no idea how low the level of trust among donors was. But, this was certainly the result of the hack that occurred, and the fact that these donors were not active, the accounts lost control.
People can change themselves in both directions, good and bad so what happened with VIP, donator members are not weird things in life.I really had no idea how low the level of trust among donors was. Notice that about VIP members, there are some honorable VIP members because of their contributions for Bitcoin in early years, they did not donate 50 BTC like other non-honorable VIP members.

- I can not find Hal, who was allocated the VIP badge after his death from the forum search (with the keyword "VIP" and the option "Search by position"). What's wrong with this case?
- When Hal received the VIP badge? I missed him from OP months ago because I did not find him with the search method aforementioned.

I found it.- Fees of one hosting month for donator badge.
- Fees of 5 hosting months for the VIP badge.
If you donate 10 BTC (which pays for about a month of hosting), you get donator status:
List of VIPs and donators likely sorted by their donating time (I guess so). The second VIPs at the bottom (above TradeFortess) is lixaolai. That VIP was inactively posted since 2014. Form post history, I guess that VIP donated in the period from July 2011 to April 2013. I bet on April 2013.It was supported by post history of two other VIPs (above and below lixaolai):
The first post of TradeFortress on September 2012 (what I saw today, not sure deleted posts that probably before September 2012).
The first post of mLiberty (just above lixaolai in the list) is April 2013.
If my guess is correct, the forum has last VIPs sometime around mid of 2013.

Badges for VIPs or donators are not only visual recognitions for their past contributions to the forum, but also a kind of recognition for very early adopter of Bitcoin. They play some roles in the growth of crypto, somewhat they brought Bitcoin to the world. But they are not only ones because there are people who did the same things but did not donated. It gives us a likely good inference on the higher percentage of neg trusted/ flagged/ scammed VIPs, compare to donators.I don't retrieve data on trust points of all 153 users, so if you can and feel interested in, please give me the list, LoyceV. When I took data, most of donators have neutral or minor positive trust (default), whilst if VIPs have neg trusts, they are significant neg trusts.
I only noted ones who get neg trust from admins / from the others AND / OR active flags
There is no data when they donated so your question is challenging.

So we have lost most of our VIPs and donators. Hopefully we can stimulate the forum to avoid losing any more.
As I see most people in that category were actively using this forum in past but now they abandoned it, that's sad but at some point we got new blood on this forum, new people who are very active and beneficial.Btw for me not this stats but it will be interesting to know who has deposited the most bitcoin calculated in USD amount, I mean deposit of bitcoin when it's price was high, 50 bitcoin has different value 8 years ago and 9 years ago, there was difference even in months so that's why I am asking, who was the biggest donator ever.
Btw what LoyceV said is 100% right, imagine when paying 10 000 bitcoin in pizza, bitcointalk would make me depressed if that person were me.
