Well that would of pretty obvious of what the reason was for closing your account. It breaches their T.O.S rules when you sign up for an account with them.
They will shut that down quick.
Case closed and that is why they do not respond to you emails or support requests.
They just don't care to hear from you any longer that is all really. Lips sealed
Is this in accordance with Montenegrin laws?
That is besides the point.
If they state whatever rules in their terms of service agreement and YOU the user decide to agree to them by putting that check mark in their little box beside those rules then you are abiding by their rules by continuing to login into their site and playing at their bitcoin casino.
It is whatever law they put in place.
They are not obligated to follow any laws which are governed outside of their countries (if they even have any!) and that includes the Untied States.
It does not matter if YOU agree. It is never juridical valid if you agree to something that is against the applicable laws.

If a part of THEIR terms and conditions is not in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (They operate inside), then this part is invalid!

Well, I don't think that they are entitled to asking for your ID to be honest. The reason why a lot of people uses their service anyways is because people do not have to provide any sort of identification to start betting.

However I cannot comment on whether Cloudbet or you are in the wrong, because they claim that there is a fraud related issue. Still, there are a lot of complaints made against them recently that suggests that you are saying the truth.

More info have to be provided to us in my opinion by Cloudbet. Otherwise we are just hearing a one sided story.
UPDATE GUYS : AFTER DOING LOT COMPLAIN EVERYWHERE THEY SETTELED MY BET AS WIN AND COMMITED THIER APOLOGIES WITH ME . THANKS SBR AND BITCOINTALK for supporting me

if this is solved please lock it, people like Shinpak0 might post in it and it gives the impression there are plenty of complaints while it's just one.

This and more can be the reason why i am never fan of gambling sites...as many of them can easily do so many scammy tricks to snatch money from their own members. Of course, there can be some who are really living up to their promises so if I were you then I would go for a site which has a good proven record of servicing its members with no big hitches.
Not all gambling sites are like this, tbh not even Cloudbet has been like this for long. They just recently started acting strange. I am not sure if he is the only one scammed or they have stopped withdrawals all together.
any way to ban that scammers from this forum

Nah, they aren't banned. The only ones who get banned are those who breaks the official rules of the forum. As for scammers, they get tagged.
I assume this issue has yet to be resolved?
Then why have you not posted a link to this thread as well as your proofs on cloudbet's main thread?
See if it would help. Though cloudbet does not seem to be very active in the forum nowadays(Last Active:Nov 23,2016)

Well i think you must move it to scam accusations and wait until there are clarification about your problem from the owner of website, what i know i think cloudbet is new services of gambling game, but i am not sure about it. Let's wait reviews from other users.
This is how cloudbet works to those accounts have huge balance Cry, there are many scam accusations against cloudbet https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cloudbet-154563 (this user as he owns the website) and I he bet didn't reply any scam accusation thread related to his website.

This is interesting, I had the same problem from cloudbet before but they settled it correctly after I submitted a ticket. How long since you submitted a ticket? Maybe you can wait a little bit longer cause as far as I remember, it took my ticket more than 24hrs after they settled it.
more then 36 hours , and your bet also cancelled after winning ? may i know the odds at you bet that time

Cloudbet was one of the first books I used related to bitcoin and the one issue that made me stop using them was that they took to long to grade wagers.
When they started to have issues with ddos attacks I just decided it was to much a risk of missing future wagers due to waiting on earlier grades.

Was planning to go back and see how the site was working but these issues seem to be old issues that they have still not addressed.

Op I hope you get this sorted out.

how can i do that ? how i can create a scam report ?
You can create a scam report on this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
But it is just for give other users info and won't give back your coins, don't forget read carefully before make it on there.

is there any way to make dispute against them ? scammers should need to be banned from here

Guys , i dont want to make this thread but cloudbet supports force me to do this by not replying to me .

So yesterday i placed a 77.5 mbit bet on totenhum hotspur to win a match during halftime , at half time West ham united leading with 1 goal .

at 57Th minute hotspur leveled the score by making an equalizer , when i see that goal i was worried that i am gonna loose my bet of 77.5 mbit . So see my cloudbet bet and its seems good.

But eventually at 85 to 94 minutes , my team scored and and i won that 320mbit coz i have placed bet at 4.13.

After waiting 10 minutes i see my bet is still pending not settled yet , so i decided to wait coz i know cloudbet have some bug in settleing bets . But later i found that CLoudbet canceled my bet for no reason , infact after my winning .

I have tried to contact them 100 times but no response . I want resolve this politely , or i would say cloudbet is a scam and i will keep this thread on every forum every blog and with SBR admin too.

Proof of my cancelled bet :
https://s18.postimg.org/zd195x7yx/Canceled.jpg

@cloudbet response here , and resolve this in well never , you cant scam peoples on winning bets
