I sure hope I can get these out. Still haven't seen them on the block chain yet.
Has anyone else been getting their coins out of the system lately?

Also, I think the indicator has been stuck at "28 days ago" for quite some time. Months even.

Every withdrawal attempt gets the notification "address invalid", even though the addresses I try to withdraw to are valid.

I have helped some people withdraw DEM.

can you tell me how can you help withdraw Huh?

i make withdraw and now

status is
BTC withdrawal queued a day ago

my balance is 0 and there is no  money on destination adress Sad

I deposit DEM, then notify the people.  They are able to withdraw then.
For example, I deposited 2,048 DEM on 2014-05-14.

If you try to withdraw when the wallet is empty, your funds go into the queue.  Some people claim that they remain stuck.

** THIEVES **

CoinEX - is a gang of thieves.
Five days ago, stole a 0.2 BTC - not shy. All the evidence I have theft.
Support service requests (4 times) is not responding.
Despicable petty thieves.

I have withdrawn several different coins (BTC, PPC, UNO and others) without issues. Sometimes it takes time, probably because they are running 50% fractional (which was communicated)

Now perhaps people could stop withdrawing coins they don't really need, to honor Erundooks work, resurrecting Coinex? Erundook made it clear that Coinex will only survive if people act reasonably.  Undecided

Support is lousy, that is not helping, but so is spreading FUD.

Guys, i have to disagree with you!...
I just made a withdraw to another wallet from btc. And after some minutes it allready appears coming in... waiting for the verifications...
Seems like they are doing it almost instantly... whould be nice to hear more opinions, since it worked so well and fast here... im very curious...

I confirm that I too have a problem, I sent the order to withdraw 0.26745132 BTC 24 hours ago and still no answer. Among other things, the lords of coinex not even deign to reply by the numerous requests for assistance sent ... Guys this is a scam, if not I see my bitcoin will be forced to discredit this so-called society everywhere. I can not wait to have the chat enabled.

Ok, old message deleted, new message made.

I'd mistaken the id field for the transaction id. So my transaction was never sent in the first place. Thanks to Ardolafat's screenshot for this insight.

Ontopic.

It sounds weird but that absence of a transaction id is a bit of a hopeful sign. Not in relation to getting back my coins but in relation to the captain being a scammer or not.

In that regard a public personal message to the Captain. (Is that his nick?)

Dear captain,

Because of my issue concerning ticket id 10197 and the issues of quite a few of our fellow coin enthusiasts I would like to bring the following to your attention.

I still don't believe that you are a scammer. Really I don't. But your clients are getting more and more worried. They have entrusted you with their assets. A trust that is not easily gained back when lost. This business is all about trust. You know that.

My original emails where strong in words, even using the word theft. And even while I typed them assuming the id field was the transaction id I still mean exactly what I typed. Why? Simple. The message needs to get across.

When you let your clients wait for months to get their coins back you can wait for this to happen. We all know what has happened recently and even after that there still is a loyal community which is willing to send their coins in for trade. Don't betray this trust by not answering! A simple sign of life could buy you enough time to set things straight.

And when you are overwhelmed by the amount of work, and I strongly believe that you are, a s k  f o r  h e l p !

It's as simple as that. As of the rest. Try to create a perspective time wise. How many refunds can you do in a day or evening? Maybe you can close down the possibility of sending in coins temporarily. It may be bad for business but it will avoid making the problem bigger than it already is.

In other words: create a plan.

Hope to hear from you soon.

TFK

PS: If you are a scammer, think of what your doing. Don't you get a bad feeling about this? With every item you buy will have that itching feeling because you know that money isn't yours to spend...

Well the ZET is not in my account. They have not put it back in my account. ZET is now roughly 0.00007 btc which makes my problem 0.25 btc. COINEX.PW IS A SCAM SITE and doubt I will ever see my ZET again.

They need to shut the place down and liquidate the holdings. I would be happy with $0.40 on the dollar. Better then nothing.

I'm down 0.36 BTC, half is hiding in the BTC/LTC bug (when orders disappear after trying to cancel), half was withdrawn when it went down. I also notice that 2 LTC was never refunded to my account on an order that I tried to cancel but could not.

The Captain used to be really good at customer care, but I guess he has hit a point where he can't keep up.

No response to any tickets for about 3 months.
