Kraken is itself shouting a rocket in the leg if they don't start to take customers supports more efficiently. This past weeks, they are building their reputation around their horrible support. I don't think it's that hard to hire people to handle the incrase of support asked by the customers. When they post on facebook, the only comments are complaints about their deposits...

The transaction appeared today in my Kraken balance, just to make clear I was not complaining about the SWIFT transfer deadline, that can take some time as some of you guys noted, but about the lack of support from kraken, I know that they are working over their capacity but the costumer service is completely inexistent.

 Well that's good news that your money showed up and I hope the customer service issue will be remedied by Kraken soon.

Guys, please stay away from kraken at least right now! Everybody knows that they are experiencing a high demands but there is no way to do business with them, you send then a ticket and they take forever to answer, when they answer.

I have a big SWIFT deposit sent to a Japanese bank account, Payward, and I can't get any support about it, they simple ignore you. Stay away until they solve this support problems, don't do FIAT there.

Seems like a typical exchange going scam in its early stages. Hopefully it can sort it out for you like Bitfinex has, and i'm 90% confident that it will. Keep annoying the customer support until you get a response from them because you deserve a response.

Are you only having trouble with fiat or crypto as well?

Keep us updated. I use them once in a while as well.

SWIFT transfers are not swift.  How long since you initiated the transfer?

The transfer was liquidated last Tuesday, at this time I got a confirmation from by bank that the funds were already in possession of their account "Payward".

The problem here is that you can't contact nobody there, how can they do business this way? You open a support ticket and they simple ignore you, they must state in the website: Don't deposit with us, support may take weeks to respond!

I repeat: Stay away from kraken until they can answer their claims. I was a completely foul to send money to an offshore company that does not provide any help, now I don't know where is my funds.

 I don't have experience transferring to Kraken yet but I did a SWIFT transfer to a Romanian account which took over a week, somehow arrived in Canadian dollars at a branch that was unable to convert to the local currency for deposit to the account.  I was supposed to have paid for this currency conversion plus all the transaction fees from the initiating end.   How they went from an electronic transfer to physical currency, I have no idea.

 Keep us posted!  Eventually, I hope to be able to withdraw some money from Kraken Wink
