Crypto is a decentralized and even in crypto a lot of people who take profits of it. We are trying as much as possible to earn profits from crypto before we start to enter the world of crypto we must have a principle or strategy in order to gain profits. And believe with yourself and don’t be too confident with others to keep the privacy of your wallet key.

If you have gold and silver in international vaults that is very safe. Digital currencies have this problem of hacking. Diversify your investment. Bitcoin anonymity is for investors and also for hackers/thieves.

Carrying and moving with 10 kilos is not easy.

yeah, and one day they can simply decide that you are a scumbag and block your account and not give your money back ever and you should run after them for years with a lot of lawyers and spend a lot of money to get it back or fail trying.
or they may not even be holding enough gold for all their users and may run a scam service that fails one day and they can run away easily and you can say bye bye to your money Grin
That’s bitcoin for now because there are still many anonymous whose identity is not yet known and become a chance for the hackers. So we must be careful to save our bitcoin/altcoin and make our wallet keys more private so it won’t be easy to be hacked by other anonymous.

I see the phishing method is often used by hackers to steal the wallet from peoples.
Email is very important too. You better not to display your email address publicly. And never store any wallet information in your email.

Thank you for your info and advice, of course it is very useful for all of us. we must be careful in storing wallets and passwords so that hackers are not easily hacked and better to store them on white paper or on desktops offline, and hopefully this helps us.

as long as we can secure our wallet, we don't have to worry about the hacker. maybe we can move our funds into offline wallet so we don't have to be afraid of the attacker. you can choose many wallets that you want so it will reduce their chance to hack our wallet. and the price for the wallet is not too expensive so you can buy one or two and send your balance to your wallet. we need to take attention from the hacker so we can be safe and never tells other people how much our balance.

Always put to your mind the safeness to yourself even to emotional and physical, many people nowadays is technique to fool people they think easy to fool. To avoid any issue about unsafeness keep your wallet and password secured, don't trust to anyone to your account.

Phishing is a major culprit, because people are simply too lazy to read. They receive a phishing email and quickly browse through it and then they click on URL links, without thinking twice. You should always hover your cursor over the link, to see what it is or you should just type it, to be safe.

A lot of these exploits can be prevented, if people take the time to scrutinize these emails and if they enable 2FA to their mobile devices.

thanks for sharing. a cold wallet will always be the safest option. good stored private keys on paper and ledger nano. A lot of measures can be taken for a safe hold but I recommend keeping a backup of your wallet and ensuring never to reveal. Your account details to anyone.

Don't use same password in similar sites.

You can also depend you password with the domain to ensure uniqueness. Ex: passwordbitcointalk

if the truth that those hakers always do theirs so we have to take security measures as well, the antivirus also be aware of the internet devices that are not hacked and remember to always be reviewing the keylogger also be reviewing the keyboard if it does something strange and put double-factor security to gmail and accounts and apart an encrypted padlock so they can not get our private keys and there are many other ways to make sure as banks do a virtual vault and not have our keys in the pc if it were not in another device

In my view, we should keep our asset on our pivate wallet like MEW, blockchain, and many more. Also never put you asset on the Exchange or market, because we don't know that they will scam us and we lost our asset forever. Also, keep your private key save and never put it in a cloud or something like that. When you wanna put it, don't forget to encrypt it with a password

This is true, to reduce the hacking possible, awareness of digital asset owners is needed to be careful in storing their assets
