Games are sent through email, automatically if the game page shows a green "Instant delivery" banner near the price, or manually. For nearly all games you'll receive a link that allows you to activate the game on your Steam account or redeem it as a gift, and in some cases you might receive a Steam key. how do you deliver the games?

I just added small "buy now" and "add to cart" buttons wherever a game is shown. (Main page, categories, etc.)
The buttons might not show up correctly until you refresh your browser's cache by pressing Ctrl + F5.

Any good deals on GTA V? I would purchase it for 40$, thats my highest I would pay right now (or just wait for the next steam sale).

Yes, all previous purchases made on the site were credited with points. Points are associated with the email address used during checkout. If you used multiple emails you can send points from one to another with the "reward point actions" form, or if one of them doesn't have enough points to make a transfer, send me a PM and I'll move them manually.
