I've bought these games on my local store in Poland and I've scanned the Steam keys. It looks Steam won't download english files. Maybe they will fix it with next update, they should. To clarify - keys don't have region restrictions (only russians have restrictions), publisher just forgot to add english language to be downloaded from Steam. The publishers month by month are worse and worse. For now there are 2 options to resolve this issue:
1. Download this pack and replace current files:
OR
2. Close Steam. Delete all the files in "Call of Duty Black Ops II" folder. Download the unlocked version (multilanguage or english only) & cut that toward the original files's location. Verify integrity -> Steam will auto-download the missing files (<30Mb). More info: https://rapidshare.com/files/640596233/black.docx

I just bought Black Ops 2, the code worked fine and Steam allowed me to download the client/multiplayer/zombies, but none of them work. It's giving me an error:

Could not load default asset 'fonts/720/consolefont' for asset type 'font'.
I suspect these keys are maybe Russian or something? anybody else with this issue?
Is there a language pack or font pack that would fix this?
