How will this work?? In which wallet you need to have the btcs? In estellar one? If not, how they will know to who send the stellars?

They will just make you import private keys or sign a message with your private key. It is actually very easy to prove that you held funds at a specific block heigt.

You came late to the pay repartition.. speculators are buying stellar and increased the price.. so they cant continue giving 5000 because most people will dump them at the exchange

It is a "pos" coin, so coins can't be mined.

You can get some for free by signing up in the website. Otherwise, you can also buy stellars from exchanges like Justcoin. It's not the kind of coin that you mine. It's supposed to be ripple 2.0, you wouldn't mine ripple either.
