I think Bitcoin is possible to go very high, there is no limit on Bitcoin price, when more people adopted and used it then we will see another rising, patience is not the key to make Bitcoin price go up, now Bitcoin already got a reputation, we need to be proactive and keep on asking people to join to used bitcoin, the more we spread the news then there will be more users and that will caused Bitcoin become more valuable

$5000? Easy. I believe we can reach this point in next few months. $10000? Possible, but maybe only after few years. Something meaningful must happen to reach such high price. $50000? Now I don't believe that we can't reach it. Let's be more realistic, 50k sounds only as a dream.
that's not how it works.
more uses, more off and on ramps, more people all equals more money.
in 2010 100 people got excited. in 2013 maybe 100,000 people got excited, maybe in 2020 100 million people will get excited.
i think people will be shocked at the ease it reaches those levels compared to the painful grind so far.
adoption of something like this, if proper adoption happens, is upwards and outwards. it doesn't narrow down. person upon person piles in until it reaches some type of saturation.
i don't think this current period is it, but if and when it happens our monkey brains are gonna struggle to comprehend it.

It depends what you mean when you say "5k". Because it already crossed over 5k in many currencies, only maybe not USD and GBP as of yet.

Patience is the key.
I always at first skeptical about the possibility on how bitcoin can even break the $3000 value after it stayed around $2500 for more than a month after its surge in May, but just within a week, Bitcoin is almost getting to $4000 and from the looks of times i will no longer doubt it when it reaches $5000 before the year ends. Patience is the key.
I think Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash will reach 1 million in some exchanges one day in the next 5 years
I will reach $50000. Just look at the current adoption and imagine if it is used like Visa or Master card! It will one day.

Our problem is when a whale who bought bitcoin for $300 dump all of his bitcoin, I think we will be having a huge price dump. We all know that whales selling off their bitcoins are having a great effect on Bitcoin's price, he reason they are whales because everytime they move, it creates a series of wave.

No, this is not a bubble, or else why are you still here on Bitcointalk if you believe this ? I am simply believing this is the natural growth of Bitcoin, and 10 000$ and 50 000$ are absolutely probable by 2020 and 2022.
The price of bitcoin is rising too fast and i really do not want to see these kind of price rise too soon on a personal level because any commodity that has a price increase sporadically will come down in a normal world,but when it comes to bitcoin it is defying logic and 2017 is the honey moon period for bitcoin and i am curious to see how long these rally continues before it settles down.

Good times I guess and we should keep supporting Bitcoin globally because we are yet to receive our rewards for keeping faith with Bitcoin. The sky is indeed the limit and I foresee better days and total jump in prices.
People from 2009-2011 were lavishly rewarded. But you are totally right. So what do you think the price will be in 2020? What a shame I haven't bought Bitcoin in 2013 where it was for about $220. I didn't have enough money. Recently, I was able to buy a miner, some bitcoin and a ledger nano s for which I'm waiting for.
I think we can reach 5K within the next few months of 2017 (maybe even by end of August/September). 10k is not that far either, perhaps late 2017, or maybe in the first half of 2018, at worst, the latter half of 2018.
$100b market cap will happen...the real question is if Bitcoin has the potential to scale to $200b, $300b, $400b, $500b market cap? If yes, then there is a chance for $1trillion market cap.
But $100b market is coming very soon, which should put 1 BTC at approximately $7k-$8k I believe...in my mind the path to $100b market cap has already been put into motion..it can't be stopped..

All bitcoin traders and bitcoin holders are in their heyday. And it seems that the price trend will continue to rise. It's time for us to take some actions or regret will accompany us.
The advantage of bitcoin is the direct exchange to fiat currency, wile all the other coins or tokens have to go through bitcoin to fiat.

But for those who don't believe bitcoin will reach that price, my question to you is why are you even here in this forum in the first place?
