You might remember i was asking for help and guidance in regs to my uncles crypto that i was left after he passed away.
Yes, As stated by Lucius, you have already created two topics regarding your issue and some users of the forum provided you the solution.

The secret code for Bittrex is 16 characters (alphanumeric)
Coinbase is 16 characters (letters and numbers)
You should import those secret keys into a 2FA application like google authenticator or Aegis.
Those applications will generate a temporary 6-digit code that you need for logging in to the account.

At the moment in my possession i have Bittrex and Coinbase secret codes.
You first turn off the key from your bittrex setting. Reset it again. Then you get it again. Then save the key so that you can set it somewhere else. Let's understand.

@Krytokee, it is obvious that you have a problem, but you will not solve it by opening another thread. Without setting up links where everyone can see exactly what it's all about, and all the answers you've already got, you're actually starting the whole thing from the beginning.

Been left with my late uncle's crypto accounts - need some advice

Questions are unclear

What crypto do you have?

I have the saved key and have absolutely no idea what to do with.
What kind of key do you have?
  • Private key of your Bitcoin?
  • Key of your 2FA?
For [1], simply import the private key into a non-custodial wallet, such as Electrum or Bitcoin Core

Also verify your wallet [GUIDE] How to Safely Download and Verify Electrum. Same for Bitcoin Core.

However, i have seen that one is allowed to have more than one 2fa attached to an account.  Can i attach fresh 2fa (i.e Last Pass Authenticator?)
You will be asked 2FA 6 numbers before you can disable your current 2FA and set up a new one.

and enter the private key that way?
If what you ask is about a Bitcoin wallet with 2FA, you can simply import the private key into a new wallet, in that case, you won't need to enter 2FA code just to get access to that wallet.

Hi everyone

You might remember i was asking for help and guidance in regs to my uncles crypto that i was left after he passed away.  After months of learning, researching and reading about crypto i am still no further forward at all and i am close to just calling it a day.  This 2fa has become the bain of my life.  I have the saved key and have absolutely no idea what to do  with.  However, i have seen that one is allowed to have more than one 2fa attached to an account.  Can i attach fresh 2fa (i.e Last Pass Authenticator?) and enter the private key that way?

Many thanks
