I think to trade forex/stock and crypto will not be the same, and if you thoroughly know about forex and you want to try to trade cryptocurrency, you need to learn about crypto trading so that you can have a new experience. Sometimes, people who are trading in the forex trading will think that crypto trading will be the same as forex trading, but it is not and if they don't learn more about crypto trading, they will losing their money in the crypto trading itself.

Been into crypto trading for years now but still I am not that confident to enter forex/stocks trading. My two brothers are into forex trading for so many months now, it is not what we are expecting like crypto trading. Since then, I am into gaining more wisdom and not yet really confident enough in forex trading.

Though they have simarities like how we use technical analysis, fundamental, etc. But stocks trading is more complicated, need a broker and has a minimum amount of money/fund before you'll start.

Imo, the biggest difference between stocks trading and crypto trading is the lack of factors that could help you predict market movement. In Crypto(Bitcoin), most of what we actually base on are actually "baseless" since the core which is Bitcoin is actually not controlled by anyone. This makes it's growth uncontrollable to an extent. Stocks on the other hand, can be quite constant and mose price changes that happen are actually seen not in the short term but in the long term. Especially when a company announces certain stuff, you can guarantee that it's stock would increase by some amount. It's like in stocks, you have some sort of backing that you can fall upon when trading and predicting but in Crypto, you still have the same backing, but it's like closer to water or something transparent that changes quickly. These are based on what I know though, so maybe false on a few areas.

As they always say "the higher the risk, the higher the reward" IMO, cryptocurrency's volatility is more riskier than other markets.
How so? Previously, I heard forex traders say crypto market were much easier to trade in.
Well, it might be easy for them but we're talking about the risk. I assume, these traders would rather say it's easy because If you're basically just holding Btc like 4 to 5 years ago you'd definitely have like 1000% profit by now.
If cryptocurrency is much easier than foreign currency trading, they should've shift to crypto already, since there are brokerage that's open for both trading assets.
But then again, I'm no expert  Cheesy If you may want to share your idea why some forex traders find it easier to trade forex than crypto, Id be happy to hear that.
Let's like reverse the scenario here;
What if a trader will start to trade cryptocurrency then after that, he/she will start to trade stocks/forex? Which is much difficult? Started to trade with forex/stocks or started with cryptocurrency?
If volatility is the problem here, we all know cryptocurrency is the most volatile among the others.
That's why I tried to ask these kind of scenarios, I am planning to try forex/stocks someday.

I want to know what thoughts you guys have about differenty type of traders.
We all know that there are some similarities when you trade forex/stock to cryptocurrency. But I want to know the differences on it.

Does it means, when you totally well known to trade Forex/Stock, does trading cryptocurrency will also be the same?
Like if you owing in Forex/Stocks, you should also do the same with cryptocurrency?

Because I saw some trader that they started to trade forex/stocks and tried to trade cryptocurrency, but some of them are keep losing to trade in cryptocurrency.

What are your thoughts?

Its just the same IMHO! They do only differ on market price movement but talking the whole thing on how to trade then its just similar but if you are a forex trader and tried to switch up to crypto then the first thing
you would surely notice is that the price is way too volatile but in exchange it is more profitable if the price do favor on what you had predicted which means chances of making more money is high here on cryptocurrency market but same goes on the risk involved. Also crypto isnt a regulated market which is opposite from forex but since we do talk about trading behavior then i can say that if you are trading well in forex then
it would have a significant relevance or does give out advantage if you do jump into crypto market but there would be surely big changes on analysis yet price movement would never ever be the same.

The only difference that I can see is on how it will be looked as if you are a trader from forex/stock because cryptomarket is a whole different game, if they do approach it just like what they are doing with the stock then they will get a hard time learning how to utilize it, it will be easy for them otherwise. Volatility is the main concern here, we all know that the volatility of these two market is different on which the crypto market has a higher volatility than stocks. But then as being a trader, especially when you are a experienced one I think they will get how the market works easily, I haven't traded stocks fully yet but I think the terms are completely similar to each other.

There are several similarities between all three markets. The one that strikes most is the use of technical analysis to predict / measure the market. The reason why some stock / forex trader might be failing in the crypto market could be that they do not understand how the crypto market works. It's a little different from other markets as the volatility levels is above the roof.  I only know the basics of forex market but the little I know says it's not as volatile as crypto market. The same goes to forex market.

As they always say "the higher the risk, the higher the reward" IMO, cryptocurrency's volatility is more riskier than other markets.

Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
They are basically similar in the sense that they involve price prediction or betting on price. I guess in all three you can buy & sell for short-term profits, exchange one currency/stock for another, hold for longterm gains, have similar charts for trading etc.
Learning to trading either of them first is like learning to ride a two wheeled transportation machine like bicycle. If you learn to ride bicycle, riding different kinds of two-wheeled motorcycles become a bit familiar and easy

Me myself ain't an expert trader, but I just purely base on what I have noticed and yeah they are similarly a buy and sell platform called trading.
But, they do have different :
* Level of liquidity - Forex has more traders than the other market. Thus, traders can buy or sell huge volumes of currency.
* Volatility - Obviously, cryptocurrency is far more volatile in nature than other markets, and this is where the trader's risk tolerance are measured.
*Getting influenced by fundamental news/ real world events - As a major example is the current pandemic which made a devastating downturn in the stock market, while cryptocurrency quickly recovered and seems unaffected by the crisis.

I guess with these 3 differences alone, we can identify why some certain traders from different market who tried cryptocurrency are experiencing losses.
As they always say "the higher the risk, the higher the reward" IMO, cryptocurrency's volatility is more riskier than other markets.

Not at all. It's like starting a restaurant vs starting a phone accessories store. While there are overlapping similarities in how to run a business, not because you can succeed at one it doesn't automatically mean you're going to succeed at both.

Both are different assets in different industries with different levels of liquidity and definitely different levels of volatility.

Like if you owing in Forex/Stocks, you should also do the same with cryptocurrency?
Owning cryptocurrencies in general besides bitcoin is mostly a very bad idea.

Normally, trading itself is very risky, that is why we need to follow appropriate rules in order not to lose, some people are new to trading but believe in luck, not patient, have greeds and do not know anything about market at all,  such people lose. But, if properly learned, experience traders are gaining be it crypto, stock or forex.

Like if you owing in Forex/Stocks, you should also do the same with cryptocurrency?
They are similar but not the same, especially forex is very different from crypto trading, you will have to learn all differently. Because you know how to trade crypto does not mean you will get all about forex but you will have little idea. But I chose one because of concentration.

What are your thoughts?
I will advise new traders or those that want to learn to be patient very well, learn all about trading. Like me, I prefer cryptotrading but crypto market is very volatile but I still trade to gain. After learning, no matter what you know about any trading types, you will lose because of lack of experience, that is why it is good to use lowest amount you can use to trade to trade at the time. After many unsuccssful trades, you will have experience and not losing like before and resulting to gain, then, you can increase your trading capital.

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
I can't tell the difference since honestly I haven't traded on stocks but I think it has to do with the volatility of crypto market though there's a volatility also on stocks market too but I think crypto has huge volatility and the difference on how the market is, stocks is huge crypto is not so big swings is likely to crypto. Volatility is good for both markets but I think it has to do with the timing as well, when to sell, when to buy and when to be neutral. Are they that experts on the field of stock market?
