If you want your account banned and eventually restored you're going to need to follow the above. Without a signed message there's no proof the account is hacked so it's no good reporting the posts he's making.
Ho to recover please my stolen account from few days ago? Any ideas here, mods, please for help.

Have you tried to reset password with your email? If that didn't work, your only option is to sign a message from a staked adress.

If your account has no signed message, there's not really a way to get it back.
