1. Headquarters in Kiev, Ukraine.

Can you record a video where you show your headquarters and team members working?

2. Yes, we have a prototype and a platform.
You can familiarize yourself with them on our website.
https://brandprotect.pro

I see that on your site in option to download your app. I will put my question more clearly:

Let's suppose I own a pharmacy, I hire 5 workers, will you want me to buy 5 smartphones so my workers can scan the QR code of the products? or is it correct that they have specific hardware for this task?

A large company will not partner with you if you do not show specific hardware for this task.

And speaking of hardware, who will create the hardware? I'm talking about a company or will you create the hardware yourself?

Hey.
I absolutely agree with you on the issue of equipment for companies.
We create the equipment ourselves, a prototype for integration into the logistics robot is now in development.
This is the basic code reading system.
With minor modifications, it will be used in various devices.
We have developments on laser marking equipment - this will be a little later.
We have this stage in white paper and on the website in road map.

In the pharmacy this equipment is not needed.
Verification is carried out upon purchase, at the stage of receipt of goods at the warehouse and movement from the warehouse.
With the help of a mobile phone and the BrandProtect application, any retail buyer can do this.
Regarding the office, it is not necessary at the moment.
Each team member is able to control himself and his time to perform the required amount of work. I coordinate all the work. Several other developers have not yet entered the team, but they are fulfilling their tasks for the project.
In development plans, the creation of a legal entity in European jurisdiction.
It is from him that work will be conducted with brand owners and registrars.

Let's start by talking about some things about your company:

- Where is your company headquarters?

- Do you already have a license or patent for your innovation? or do you have any prototypes?

Now let's talk about your project, this is your team:

https://i.imgur.com/Ys6f5ag.png
https://i.imgur.com/JFV9gSE.png

If I understand correctly, for you to be able to materialize your project and have a lot of demand, you will need:

1- have a software

2- have a hardware

3- partner with many governments and large companies and it seems to me that you have no partnership with any government and big companies

I don't see engineers on your team, you didn't show any functional prototypes

Record a video and show us how everything works, I believe this will be a step to understand your project and of course, show us some partnership that you have with some government and some great company. If you do not have partnership with any government (I mean very important country government) and partnership with any major company? then your project will be doomed to failure

a client-server solution for brand owners works at this address.
There is also a link to the mobile application.
3. The engineer in the team -I.
Serg Vorobyov CEO & founder
4.Now the platform works on the TRON blockchain. Further development and commercial use is possible when switching to our blockchain, we are working on it.
You can study the road map, I tried to describe our steps for development and partnership there.
5. You suggested a good idea with the video, thank you. We will do it for those who prefer such a presentation.
6.We have plans for patenting in various jurisdictions, this will be possible after receiving funding for pre-sale. This is quite expensive. Only in the first year you need to spend about $50K.

Not to burst the bubble for you, but we have seen such projects before and so far I haven't heard any success rate. What makes your project unique though?

As a consumers though, I definitely don't want to see counterfeit products specially drugs and medicine.

So you are really tacking a menace in the society and it is worldwide problem. There are companies like Systech who specializes in brand protection, partnered with big pharmaceuticals to combat this issues but so far its not been successful. So I do hope that your project will take off to at least reduce this problem in the next 5 - 10 years so best of luck!!!
Come to think that solving worldwide problem wont really be that easy.We arent discouraging but this one would need lots of determination.
Combating counterfiet neither goods, medicines etc. is a good motive but as said it still havent resolved out. Issues/problem does still exist.
About QR scanning, its still a complicated thing to be perfected, lots of holes actually.
Now the transfer of certificates is using smartphones from seller to buyer.
This is a 5 second question.
In the future, we will integrate a payment service into our platform. Certificate exchange will not occur noticeably for the buyer.

Do you actually expect someone to go through all the effort to download a APP to scan the QR code to see if the product is original or pirate? Most consumers want to buy cheap knockoffs because they are "cheaper" than the original and they look like the original.   Roll Eyes

The original manufacturers should find a way to produce these goods at a lower price and not to rely on their Brand to ask ridiculous inflated prices for their product. I have bought some "fake" products that lasted me longer than the original product, so it can be done.
I would like to hear your opinion when you buy fake medicines and try to cure the disease with them.
Chalk does not help with a fever.
Our technology will help protect even the most affordable drugs.
Look at things wider!

Let's be real for one moment. We all know "original" medicine is very expensive and the generic equivalent is much cheaper. We also know the pharmaceutical companies have only a couple of years to charge inflated prices for their products, before the patent expires and generic products might be manufactures.

Now, look at it in this way, imagine you are a mother of a child with some rare disease in a 3rd world country and that child is dying because they cannot afford the patented and expensive medicine. Now a company makes a generic product with the same ingredients and they are offering that product at a fraction of the "original" price. Would you let the kid die or would you buy the illegal product and give him a opportunity to live?

These giant corporations can make things a lot cheaper, but they are too greedy. So they open themselves up for being ripped off by people who can actually produce those goods for a affordable price.

Everything is complicated and simple at the same time.
The market is too huge and there are too many solutions.
I am inclined to believe in our solution, and that it will help to solve the problem.
Many did not quite understand the principle of the platform.
QR code is only a convenient addition, it is optional.
Certificate exchange takes place at the hardware level.
A QR code is needed only so that a person can read product information before purchase.
For example, from a bottle of milk, he will receive information about the geolocation of the cow’s pasture, and will decide for himself if the product produced in the area is suitable for him.

The nurse will not check, they don’t pay for it.

She doesn't pay directly. But since she doesn't check, at least one counterfeit product may be seen as genuine if one will (re)use those QR codes.
I don't say we don't need this. What I say is that you may need to get more effort into it and make it better.

Edit:
Now we are working on an upgrade of the system.
We add data storage using IPFS and the Marker Geolocation System.

This is a good step forward!

Brand protection is the most understandable use of our technology for the layman.
In fact, everything is much more global.
We have created a universal platform for crypto-labeling of goods, packaging, containers. Now we are working on an upgrade of the system.
We add data storage using IPFS and the Marker Geolocation System.
The platform will be widely used when using our markers with logistic robots, drones - couriers.

Clearly most customers will NOT go through the process of installing the APP and scanning the QR - whether it's about clothes or medicines. You really expect that the nurse at hospital will check/scan each and every item?!
And then the next "step" comes. Clearly the counterfeit items will have - sooner or later - the same type of QR, maybe even copy from a genuine product. And unless nobody scan one from that batch, all are just fine. Not a great leap forward. Also, you'll have to do something about the QR of the products that expire.
All in all, the solution is far from perfect, unless I've missed something.

In the way I see this is that you will have to ensure in a way or another (by contract or with the authorities) checks for duplicates and some sort of marks what was checked when and where.
So the solutions for doing this are wider and more expensive than just providing blockchain(s) for this job.
The nurse will not check, they don’t pay for it. And the buyer in the pharmacy will be.
In third world countries, 35% of drugs are fake. This is a serious problem.
Users of product brands will be the same.
There are many people for whom this is important.
The application creates the opportunity for marketing interaction between brand owners and end customers.
We are also finalizing this option.
In the future, we will integrate our platform with a payment system.
Then the average person will not pay attention to this at all.
Until 10 years ago, no one paid attention to whether the site has an SSL certificate, and now I do not go to sites without it.

As a developer, he took part in the development of the BrandProtect platform.
The need for such a platform has ripened for a long time.
Crypto technologies are designed to change this world. I am happy to take part in a project working in the real economy.
Not trading, not payments, not exchanges.
Protection of property rights, protection of goods and medicines from counterfeiting.
I hope the crypto community will appreciate the project.
For my part, I can answer your questions.
"BrandProtect is a brand company, which embodied technologies of block chain
and cryptoprotection in real sector of the economy.
We use block chain technology to ensure the protection of intellectual property
rights of trademark owners, prevent counterfeiting and protect consumers from
counterfeit goods.
We create an ecosystem that provides the creation and functioning of hardware
and software packages of products, interaction platforms with logistic robots,
network and geolocation monitors, smartphone apps marking.
BrandProtect platform allows generating the necessary for the user apps and
program products, crypto markers for products (digital or QR code), branded
smartphone application from any part of the world within minutes. As well as to
launch and use all the functionality embedded in them.
The information about the origin of items, its characteristics, and properties,
terms of its usage, transportation is written in the block chain and stored within
the distributed roster ensures immutability, availability, transparency and full
replication of data."
https://ieo.brandprotect.pro/assets/files/white-paper.pdf

I agree.
An absolutely essential product nowadays.
Internet commerce promotes counterfeit goods in all countries. You need real protection for brands, not profanity like Amazon.
