WAVES I was excited with it earlier but after I went in deeper, I lost interest/faith in it. As I posted before, maybe it is worth another look.

To be honest, i have no idea why is Waves not $50 yet.
VOUCH FOR THIS! Waves is just great. Everything is working as it should, and the community is responsive and helpful. The WavesLite Wallet is amazing and very easy to handle. Everyone should take a look at it and decide for themselves if it isnt just beautiful and so easy to use with a very clear structured user-interface.

If you already have ETH, waves is always the choice that you should be getting.

It has a fix supply that is circulating in the network
It has a working platform and DEX
It has a good community and supporter
It has a lot of events and conferences

For me it is WAVES. I cannot provide an answer to your question because the market is not predictable, but ARK is pretty new, so maybe if it gets hyped more it can surge alot. Personally I love WAVES! This isnt investment advice though. Research is key.

The prices of ARK and STRAT have increased significantly since the beginning of March, but at this time, most of them are going down because the price of BTC has increased sharply recently and we should wait after November 16th. Right now, looking at the situation with the growth of BTC, all of them are a good choice in the following two weeks. Anyway, Stratis is the best one on short term. They have recently released masternodes and at this price with new update it can easily double or more
For current moment waves looks like best investment in my opinion.Prices was decreased drastically and it will soar after unstable bitcoin price. Waves is currently biggest part of my investment portfolio. I will keep adding after every bounce
