Even there is no sense to do what most of the people are doing I mean to say they don't let complete one project which are being worked on for months and are near to be ready. Keep swinging from project to project can bring small profit but in the long run these will be those regret more once price will be at true value backed by working tech.

People are investing in the biggest bullshit ICOs because they are greedy. They want to get 100x gains directly after the ICO. After that ICO-hype-phase is over, people will realize that investing in solid projects is the key (longterm thinking).
