I think Nicolas has always been a consultant to the project and not fully employed by Stratis, I guess he will always be available to be a consultant. The team is probably a much more developed team at the moment that Nicolas's time commitment required is probably not as much as it used to be and the work on Nbitcoin is well advanced as well. I think it's a huge positive that they are spending more on hiring developers and focusing on the QA and deliveries.

I saw that the team was expanded with specialized resources.
So Nicolas Dorier is less needed, but can still be consulted when needed. For me, that means that development is going well.
