Which wallet are you using? The 'real' stratis wallet or the breeze wallet they just released?
In case you're using the breeze wallet: encryption doesn't work on there yet.

In case you're using the stratis wallet:
Make a backup from your wallet first, and then delete the wallet including all the files which can be found in %appdata% -> Stratis (Windows).
Then reinstall the wallet.

I'm not sure if it would help, but it is still better then doing nothing. And atleast you can delete that from your 'checklist'.

I am using the normal wallet, not breeze. And yes, I tried that but it didn't work out. But thanks for some advice

Interesting how things change so quickly. Confirm on Slack if you are in doubt.

I did visit the slack but I found nothing except a comment saying that ''It was built with the help from bitcoin core developers Nicolas Dorrier''. Which was known for a very long time and does not mean in any way that Dorrier is now an official Stratis developer.

Edit: Of course with a typo in his name I won't find much. I did see the posts and that is awesome! A great great asset for Stratis! I am always skeptical when I see a lot of hype, but I am starting to feel pretty confident that we could see some real progress pretty soon.
