I have read an article saying that the best thing to kill the COVID-19 is to strengthen our immune system. The immune system of our body is our own doctor, it will prevent ourselves to be infected by the virus because it kills the virus.

There are so many ways to strengthen your immune system:
1. Having enough sleep - If you don't have enough sleep you may lose your energy and you will prone to disease that is why you are also prone to the virus.
2. Yogurt - Eat yogurt, yogurt is a healthy food which improves our immune system, and reduce the risk of urinary tract infections.
3. Drink 8 times bottle of water - water therapy is a very good thing to do to boost our immune system.
4. Enjoy afternoon tea time - afternoon time, drinking a cup of afternoon tea or coffee and eating snacks can not only replenish calories, but also relieve fatigue after continuous work.
5. Exercise - exercise can help “wash” lung bacteria and improve the immune system.
6. Sun Exposure: - it will gives us vitamin D that will boost our immune system.

Let us all help ourselves to kill the virus in our country so our economy won't lose itself.
