not just what you say, you also have to keep your eating and sleeping patterns, if all is done surely you will not be affected by stress ..!

a lot of people who become stressed, there is because of love, work, even in the house can also be stress, the one way to relieve stress is to entertain themselves with friends. if we are exposed to stress we will very quickly emotions and drop. then get stressed out

Good for you. How is it done by the way? I’m so tired of life too and sometimes i just wanna give up. How can i be not affected by the things that are happening around me? How can i be happy when something serious is causing us to be sad?

Stress svcks literally especially for engineering students like me. Theres always stresses but we have to conquer it in onder to become an engineer someday.

You can reduce stress a lot by expecting less from people around you or from reality in general. For instance, prepare for people to fall below your standard and forgive them even before it happens. Anticipate that people make mistakes and that the world around you is not ideal.
