You posted the wrong image link for 3EkKxC1kDrJc4MvRqkXXyt7mpiA5UCLoRs.
Since it's from your blockchain(dot)com wallet's "Trading Account", those transactions are generated by their system and it's custodial.
I'm afraid that it's only their (blockchain com, not cash app) customer support that can solve the issue.
Note: Only your 'Trading account' is custodial, your 'Private Key Wallet' and other accounts that you've created in the app's 'wallets & addresses' setting are non-custodial.

If you look up these Bitcoin addresses on a block explorer, you can see that they don't have any unconfirmed transaction[1][2][3]. Does Cash App perhaps await you make a special confirmation? Sort like 2FA?

So I sent it to my cash app wallet from my Blockchain wallet and I just haven't received anything but it's pending/confirming I have a picture I just don't know how to upload it on here I'm on a phone and don't know anything About forums or even bitcoin really.. I sent it from 3EkKxC1kDrJc4MvRqkXXyt7mpiA5UCLoRs on the 17th of June to 3KMzcn86gMwdY9GbsemeTKrEw8cJhS8yZc June 22 And last two since cash app changed my wallet July 4th to 34NioB5f7RiFc1nsvBg4rMQ6MXDmCPLzRq and Nov 2nd to 34NioB5f7RiFc1nsvBg4rMQ6MXDmCPLzRq
