as i know there is max activities is 14 for two weeks. to update your account must be get more old. there is a topic biginners & help and under that there is a topic "Newbies - Read before posting" i saw it in that post for more informations look it there was everything about how they calculate activities and rules.
The day of updating the activity is 14 days since the day your activity reached 28. So don't worry, it will be updated soon.
Patience my son...try not to think about it and just go about on this forum like you would normally. More than three posts per day is too much for activity but still helps with the contribution to bitcointalk 
try to post reply that help other memeber and try post weekly more than 14 reply and you will be jr member
On the time I post this reply I will be on 26... so hopefully I will not get stuck when I reach 28... I just really hope so... just trying to make 1 post per day and that will be enough for me.

yes i was about to post this thread link only. it explains the details how you will progress with your activity, basically you can not just keep on posting and hope that your activity will increase it requires tenurity too.
Give it time and consistent contribution and it will increase
