I filled it in, but you didn't say what subject she was reading.  There seems to be a strong academic bias in Economics currently against Bitcoin, so I hope I have contributed to something that is more balanced.  It is worth remembering that Crypto currencies come in all flavours at the moment and a particular criticism of one may not be applicable to another.

Many thanks for your comments. She is reading Land Economy which involves economics. She is very much pro Crypto Currency (as am I). But all investigations are un biased and its really good of you guys to get involved in this.

Interesting idea but at current state it is hard to tell if you can use any of macro-economy knowledge we have for creating any analyses about bitcoin and other variations. Her peers might encounter some problems to even determines if things she would be writing were true or not. It is hard to tell if there is any specialist related to meta-currencies on her university. I hope she wont encouter any problems related tosuch dificult problem, especialy since she can't use any more traditional sources of knowledge then internet.

Tip: it might be better to give time-frames when providing answers such as 'irregularly', 'often', 'sometimes', etc.

Hello people.

My girlfriend is in her final year of a degree at the University of Cambridge. She has decided to do her dissertation on 'Crypto Currencies - What are they, and do they have a future?'. We would be very grateful if fellow users of Crypto Currencies could complete the survey linked below.
