Bittrex is my favorite exchange. It really is the easiest and least frustrating exchange out there IMO. Spend some time on cryptoia or bitfinex and you'll start loving bittrex for real.
As far as I know Bittrrx has less issues.The maintainace time is very less compare to other exchanges.It is almost negligible.Wait for the some time or see other exchanges if they too have maintainace issue with NEO, then the problem is not with Bittrex.Its with the overall market of NEO.Bittrex is cool and easy trade.One of the safest and reliable exchange is Bittrrex.Dont complaint about it.They responds well and have good responsibilities for customers.

Maintenance is just necessary action for any website besides they are doing that not just because they want to with no reason. They do maintenance for your sake too so you can use their service at its best.
I believe you can still buy/sell during maintenance but just can't deposit and withdraw. What were you trying to do that you need access to those coins suddenly? Also, wallet maintenance isn't unique to Bittrex. I have an account on Poloniex and see the same message... at least Bittrex responds to support tickets.
This. You can still trade your NEO on Bittrex. They're usually pretty good at getting wallets back online too - just wait a few hours if you want to withdraw.

There is no doubt, this can be an inconvenience and possible a missed opportunity in the fast paced world of crypto. However,. there is always another opportunity. This is the cost of keeping coins on exchanges.

I am not agree with you. Bittrex is a top exchange as its support is best in all exchanges. I am using most of the exchanges and found Bittrex is the best in their support services. Many wallets go to maintenance for various reasons and it happen many times. If you are not able to access your wallet due to maintenance of wallet, you cannot say stupid as it happens with every exchange.
As others have mentioned, you should be keeping your coins in a private wallet ALWAYS unless you are selling/trading.

Maybe you will get lucky and it will move up by the time its done.
You need to be calm, it's better to wait for maintenance than gets your account frozen (not talking about poloniex lol). If bittrex never do maintenance, I'll doubtful with their security.

website need some maintenance, especially exchanger they need maintenance the wallet, because that wallet used for many user not just you
Bittrex has held up against a LOT of other popular exchanges and is a pretty solid exchange in comparison. I know it's frustrating but wallets being down for maintenance occur from time to time and should be anticipated. It's one of the reasons your tokens/coins should not be kept on exchanges and that you have accounts at more than 1 exchange.
It's just bad luck that's it. But it will be solved within few hours just calm and wait. Who knows tomorrow the price may go up, so it is a big advantage for you I am right. Last night I was also so hurried to make some couple of money I sold NEO for $26, but now it increased to $32 and still it is increasing. And you called them stupid cause of that? The fact that the NEO wallet is undergoing maintenance does not mean you cannot still do anything at all with the NEO as that does not stop your trading activities. The only thing you cannot do for now is withdrawing your NEO which I do not see any problem with that. The only problem you can have is when you are stopped from exchanging your NEO with BTC or ETH which is still going on pretty fine to me.

By the way, what makes you post deeply disrespectful against bittrex?Bittrex is the most relaxing trading platform with a person' needs and has largest crypto to crypto exchange volume..

Just started trading crypto. dont want a pc based wallet because having computer issues. scared my my pc might crap out. dont want to keep it on my phone because I have a tendency to loose my phone. I have a nano s on order but not sure if they support neo
AFAIK Bittrex is trustable exchange. Maintenance is common on some sites to fix or improve their site so there is nothing to worry about.
i think bro bittrex is on maintenance situation due to any reason. Just relax and try to attemp on the other day maybe you need a rest .
