By considering all the facts my initial impression about new subforum has been changed to two best possible methods suggested by Welsh and LTU_btc as follows,(Thanks for your practical solutions)

- Showing the reasons of banned when someone login into a banned account
- Showing massage to contact Theymos/Cyrus when someone gets banned

So I'm hoping someone having powers will see this thread and take actions someday. Lets together make Meta section clog free(at least less) Smiley

Anyway, 99.9% of banned users have no chance to be unbanned,
Absolutely right. That's what I'm highlighting. Why we are allowing to post those annoying posts asking the same question again and again by those 99.9% everyday whose already knows the answer that they get.
Almost all of these users don't have chance to be unbanned, but despite that, they have right to appeal. Many of banned users don't even know reason why they got ban and by making these threads they get explanation from mods. But maybe it would better to show reason of ban when users are trying to login in to banned account. Then we would see less ban appeal threads I think.

When an account has been ban then there is appropriate reason. As everywhere has an option to appeal bitcointalk has same. But I saw several post like above mentioned and saw that they do not get response. I think they receive a lots of message thats why cant response on time. In this case if there is a sub forum and people can discuss either ban is appropriate then people can report to moderator so that their work will less and they may concentrate on it.
This is why I suggested that the message displayed when you are banned be changed to contact theymos/cyrus to appeal the ban. This way it doesn't clog up the Meta section. It's hardly a public matter anyway so it makes sense to have it privately discussed via personal messages.

I'm just asking forum members suggestions only and I'm not saying we must do it. I'm also now thinking there should be an another way to control those beggings like creating complete guide for "how the Bitcointalk accounts get banned ?"

Even if you write the most-easy-to-read rules ever, this kind of people will not take a look.
Just see this two ones:
- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/please-help-for-recover-my-banned-account-4459425

They were banned, after that, they come to cry, and some users explained to them why they got banned and even share the rules with them, but, despite the efforts, they made another account and start to join again bounties and to write in some other boards, seeking for a "new job". So they broke again the rules. Why?? Because they don't bother to read them, and they won't.

I'm afraid for these "kind of people" the forum is just a place to earn some cents by their airdrops. They don't dedicate even a tiny thought to the forum itself, the functionality, the policies... They just don't give a s**t.
So, in a resume, any effort from your part probably will end into a "Thanks, sir, very informative" spam fest.

Nevertheless, even when each day I doubt more and more of myself, I still believe there are good newbies around here. But those ones don't need the rules to be explained to them, for they have the will to read them.

this is why there are no reason to create separate section/subforum for that small issue.

A new sub forum for this kind of issue just seems unnecessary.

Ok, let's create subforum for ban appeals. Also, another section for hacked accounts recovery. And also section for Merit discussion. But why just don't keep things simple as we have now and discuss all forum related issues on Meta board?
Anyway, 99.9% of banned users have no chance to be unbanned, this is why there are no reason to create separate section/subforum for that small issue.

5 out of 35 isn't a lot and I don't think every separate issue needs its own sub.

Well, technically the message includes an email which you are suppose to send a message too, but some users have claimed they never hear back of it so it could no longer be actively monitored. Instead, of making a new sub forum we could just alter the message which displays when someone has been banned, and ask them to contact the admins via the forums.
Altering the message won't change a thing.

The message should be altered if it's not being monitored at all (or rarely). I've never ever heard of a person actually getting a response from there so it probably should just direct people to Meta instead if that is in fact the case (or someone should just start monitoring it/replying. If they got a response then they wouldn't need to create a thread in Meta in the first place.

I have seen that when some members get banned for spaming and they were creating new alt accounts only for requesting  "how I can get unbanned?" via the forum. So don't you think that will create another problem of creating so many alts?

A new sub forum for this kind of issue just seems unnecessary.
Oh oh that means you're hoping to start new sub forums for some kind of other issues Smiley

The good thing to come out of those threads is hilariousandco answering why the account is banned and it won't be activated again.
hilariousandco is doing great job by answering most of the account banned cases. I have also found a Newbie who joined the forum 2014 named
hilariousandco-rapped ( don't know original hilariousandco banned that member Smiley)

If we really want to take action against the redundant threads, we must move them to trashcan.
I also think that is a good solution ( hoping trash can will not filled quickly).

I concur. The entire point of the sub Meta is to post forum related/account related stuff so it perfectly makes sense to create the threads there. If we really want to take action against the redundant threads, we must move them to trashcan.

I have seen that, there is a recent trend for posting so many requests from newbies regarding removal of account banning under the forum "Meta". Actually the precentage of posts are too high which is diluting the "Meta" forum. So i think it is better if mods can create "separate sub section" under "Meta" for those requests.

Following posts are made only for account recovery request ( It's 5 out of 34 posts in the 1st page of Meta when I checking).
