There is no 'best' in the bounties. It is a subjective/relative term, which changes from person to person. You should check the bounties sub-forum, and assess the campaigns in a case-by-case manner. Personally, I don't want to waste my time with bounties of projects, which have no future.
Just go to the bounties section, browse through the campaigns listed there, then select the project you like and want to promote that has promised good rewards, then start promoting that theough social media, blogging or signature campaign, do not think bounty is free and easy it does require time and work.
