It's difficult to find an altcoin that can increase up to 40x to 50x but I would really suggest in the top coins because top coins will increase much and make a new all time high in the next 5 years but if you really not considered the top coins as one of your investments then I suggest two altcoins that can also increase in the future. I found a new NFT game project which is Etna Network a 3D fighting game, you can also earn while playing but currently the project is still developing so it's a good project, I believe Etna coin will pump in the near future once the product is finish. MATIC is also a good investment it's a new network that will become like binance smart chain so yep ETNA and MATIC are good investments.

You might be able to look at ADA and MATIC, this has been talked about a lot everywhere, because you are looking for the long term these two coins deserve to be on the list of coins you are looking for, I don't need to explain much about these two coins, you can definitely see the achievements to date.

I haven't exactly researched much about newer coins and tokens and am more focused on trading and staking old ones.
But there has been a lot of hype about Safemoon in my circle. Someone suggested it to the group some months ago and it got my interest yesterday as it was on it's lowest for several months. They are going to launch their app on August 28 and if the thing works as intended, I'm expecting at least double in next 10 days.

many people recommend BTC, ETH, and BNB, that's because the clarity of the 3 coins is probably the largest among all coins that can pump high, especially over a long period of time.
beyond that, I might suggest to look at the potential Polygon (MATIC). many people think that the potential is also the same as the current BNB. other than that, perhaps coins worth considering holding in the long term are ADA, SOL, and DOT. however, the 3 coins are also still on the coins that are popular today. I think its potential to have a high price in the future is huge.

It's really hard to tell right now which coin would reach 40x-50x in the next 4-5 years that's really a big assumption but I would like to suggest DOT, BNB and MATIC though i'm not really sure if the price will reach 40-50 in the next 4-5 years. I'm not really sure about NFT I think they will be gone like DeFi and other hype coins.

NEAR protocol and Celo will easily 50x over the next few years. NEAR protocol is the new internet and it can scale to handle infinite transactions using sharding and has two second finality. It can also run Ethereum in a smart contract with Aurora. Celo is banking the unbanked using crypto and mobile phone lending apps.

I think that a time span of 4 to 5 years is very long for the crypto space where we usually see a lot of day trading, but as i am a notorious hodler myself i really like your approach. If we assume that the overall direction that the crypto market as a whole is moving will still be upwards because cryptos in general are still very new compared to traditional finance, then i think it is also pretty likely that there are more than just a few coins out there that should or could give you a x50 return of your investment after 5 years. You don't want to hear the big names here so my Suggestion would be to take a look at Lithium finance. They offer a crowd based pricing Oracle and have received Investments from very reputable VCs.

As I see you are a long-term investor, that is why, I will not recommend you to follow nowadays trends as they are fast. For example, the hype of meme coins lasts only 2 or 3 months but you want something for 5 years. It is not advisable to invest in NFT-games then, as it is a new hype now that must end in the nearest future, I can share with you my list. Apart from mainstream currencies that you have already named, I have Matic, Polkadot, TRX and different indexes that consist of different other altcoins.

If the price of Matic went up 50x then fees would go up exponentially, making them more expensive than BSC. It is possible that they might have implemented different scaling solutions within 5 years so there is still a possibility. Being a top 20 coin it's price will be more dependent on BTC and ETH. If BTC goes up 20x, Matic could go up 30-50x.

Other than that big coins maybe Safepal and Moonpot (POTS), i think POTS already give significant move since it is launched. Because lottery site (kind of gambling sites) usually can be success in market. But not much analysis that i can do with it because when i joined their airdrops, from price that i sell my coins now already multiplied from $2 until $14 (when i post this, in Safepal Wallet i see POTS is in $14)

IOTA: IOTA has been a leading project for innovative approaches but IOTA developers had difficulties to deliever. Currently, IOTA is very undervalued and can be a very wise pick because IOTA has made huge developments recently, like IOTA Chrysalis (IOTA 1.5).
IOTA project has very big plans. It needs to be mentioned here for development about IOTA: Devs are planning IOTA 2.0, it will be like Ethereum 2.0 but for IOTA. Not many people know it but when Ethereum 2.0 will be huge, people will also know about IOTA 2.0 and buy huge IOTA. Price can go up a lot.

And a coin, where many people use it, but currently, it's underpriced:

Sushiswap: Sushiswap is a famous decentralized exchange where people can very simple do a swap. It is like Uniswap but different.
For fundamentals, Sushiswap has more swaps per day but in price, it is way below Uniswap. Uniswap and Sushiswap are competitors and Sushiswap is currently very undervalued against Uniswap.
For Sushi, it is also important to know because many people will like to eat sushi and will decide for it. It is like many people like Doge.


I trust all coins to make a good profit.

There were more and more coins on the list mentioned by different users. Myself have a big belief over cardano, xrp, tron, xlm, Casper. More can be added, and at present this seems to be fair. Among this Casper is at the low bottom at present which can be taken as the right time for investment.

Helium has a great chance to explode.  They are building up hot spots organically through their "miners"  it's an excellent idea and the way they are deploying it there is a real good chance it succeeds.  A true use case that fixes a real world problem.

Solana also, and maybe some NFT-coins can easily hit x50.
NFT is the most interesting phenomenon at the moment I think. The possible application of tokenisation is very underestimated still.

Well, you got either ADA, Solana, and Polygon that's the best bet to count on for alts. There are other emerging products and underrated at the moment for example AVAX, this one is a total disruptor as well and I guess you should take a little bit more research in this coin. It has its own blockchain as well and they are developing an decentralized exchange as well similar to Uniswap.

If you don’t want the best options in the market and willing to hold and take the risk you can try buying the NFT tokens right now because I believe they can still be here in the next 5 years and for sure they are more expensive by that time. Try to buy AXS and DPET and hold it, it might be risky but there’s a chance for this token to reach that 40x to 50x in the coming years.

I think what you want is in the NFT game coins which are you need to invest early before the massive trend happened and the price will skyrocket not only in the span of a year. Most of the time it increases up to 300% by just a few months later after they released it. But you need to consider that the game should be legit and has some real developers. because most of those NFT games that are emerging right now are good only for short investment and if that's happened, their coins will also lose their value.
