I've seen the same question before and I'm still looking for those threads that has been posted.

But as I saw the posts on this thread peter0425 posted them. IMO, you need consistency on what you are doing and you have to do the job properly regarding spreadsheets, inquiries, checking, etc. just to make sure that you're doing it well. I'm not a bounty manager, try to check those links that were given you'll get a lot of ideas so maintain your reputation.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I truly appreciate all the suggestions and personal opinion given.
Don't mention it.

I have seen some managers being really rude to the bounty hunters, I mean, you definitely need to be tolerable, in terms of managing spreadsheets, I believe is a long and tedious work so be prepared for that too.
About them being rude maybe you are just too sensitive the way they are conversing with their participants. Understand them as well in a way that sometimes they have a very rough time/day from managing all the campaigns that they are managing.

This is a tricky question, perhaps you need to gain trust, but its very subjective because there some managers who started to be very good but ended up on the other side of the fence. Anyways, here are some topics I dig that can help you out:

[1] What makes a good Bounty Manager?
[2] Qualities and Requirements of a Bounty Manager
[3] What does a Bounty Manager? Any tips?
[4] Bounty Manager Salary
[5] Rating of bounty managers
[6] Where to find the best Bounty Campaigns
[7] How to select a good bounty campaign!

WOW... These links are gold u just gave me. I really appreciate them. Yes, truly trust is one important thing in every aspect of life and should be very well observed so as to stay for long.

I can definitely tell that a bounty manager needs to be responsible and aware of what the people ask about the project, and he or she shouldn't be bothered by people asking over and over.

I think a Manager should do a research about the project, he should be a promoter also and he should check the submissions manually. and if there is any problem from bounty hunters side he should solve it in a right manner. He should join some telegram group and see how bounty manager attended people. He should check all the things and give rewards to people.

You got to have a good communication skill and this would include efficiency on the English language as this is the language that is being use here. Don't also forget that you have to update your spreadsheets regularly as this will motivate more to your bounty hunters.

A good bounty manager will respond to the bounty hunters with their questions are update the stakes within 1 week. Some will simply leave the spreadsheet untouched for weeks. Try to pick a good project, if they don't pay out then it reflects badly on you

The most important thing required for handling a bounty campaign is time, there are no difficult things to do, but you  have to dedicate much time to handle all the stuff of the bounty campaign

Hello guys, pls I need your sincere and honest answers. What do you think are the good attributes of a bounty manager? and what do you think should be considered and put in place when starting a bounty management platform?

Firstly, the bonus manager should have a regular team to answer the participant, followed by friendly and courteous response, which leads many to join your bounty, co-thinking You will get more work when getting attention from ICO projects

I think you should make some research and also join some tekwgram group to see how bounty manager attended to people's opinion, how stake ks calculated, how reward ia shared etc. You can follow krypical bounty group, bountyhive, and so on.

Okay.. great that's a good suggestion right there. Observing how they work and how the calculation is being made is a step to understand how the system is being carried out. Thanks for this added infomation

First, a manager need to promote for the bounty. If a bounty campaign is promoted correctly, it will receive thousands of submission so it can be completely overwhelming for a bounty manager to review every single submission manually and to later distribute the rewards to all Bounty Hunters. Keep in mind that bounty campaigns are an easy target for scammers and hackers if proper security measures are not taken.
