how to set static fee? if use x20 fee it's terrible, i stucked some transactions pending but i don't know how to set fee and mixin. Thank you.

Im using wallet-cli for sending coins through command "transfer

", and sending coins by 1500SUP per TX without spliting, using mixing_count 2.

You need more system memory you can assign part of your hdd space to system memory and should solve your issue another option would be add more ram.
