Wikipedia says that there are only about 3 million people in Mongolia. Other websites agree. How many Mongolian people would be interested in Bitcoin?

There are another 5 million Mongols in China, and some 500,000 (Buryats) in Russia. Mongolia is a landlocked country lying between two of the super-powers with the maximum Bitcoin penetration. So I have to say that there is a lot of potential.

Yess! almost 10 million in total.

and we have vast natural resources worths gazillions of dollars and waiting to be sold or reserved for future.

You can imagine us like rich guy with 1 million bitcoins but forgot his wallet password temporarily

If Bitcoin gets legalized in Mongolia, then it can attract a lot of users and investment from Russia and China. In both these nations, the Bitcoin users are facing a lot of harassment. So if everything goes well, then some Chinese and Russian firms can be encouraged to move to Mongolia.

I'm so thankful for getting valuable and thought provoking advice from you guys.

I'm not decided whether to become public figure or shadowy influencer like Satoshi Nakamoto.  Being public figure is some kind of sacrifice for me.

I will come back when I complete my bitcoin community site. keep in touch.

That is a great move dude and for sure Mongolia as a country will benefit from that. I do hope I have some bitcoins that I can spare but unluckily I am out and my wallet is near zero. All I can give is my warm support to your advocacy. Good luck to your project and hope that many will donate so you can fulfill your dream and help mongolia from poverty. More power and God Bless!

Your presence is even greater influence.
I can't do it all by being lone warrior. I need friends too.
keep in touch dude. I will keep updating this topic while i'm pursuing my goal.

That's not my page. and don't believe in number of likes.

if you want me to prove my identity? No problem with that.

If you want donations and claim to be interested in promoting social uses of bitcoin in a faraway land, it would be wise to make yourself a public figure, but you need to weigh all of the possible costs and benefits, I don't know politics in that country. I'm sorry to be rude but amongst most westerners it is considered bad form to anonymously solicit money, especially bitcoin. If you are comfortable being a public figure you will get a lot of harsh treatment and scrutiny, but you will have some credibility at least in asking for donations.

Hey dude....what does your government think of this?
I'd be seriously asking that.

Our government has no idea, Bitcoin's legal adoption will depend on outcome of social and business projects.
Foreign investment and employment number is their pain in the ass. We have some unhealed economical crisis now.
If I succeed to connect Bitcoin as solution to Mongolia's problems, Bitcoin will look so nice in their eyes. isn't it?

Somebody made a page some time back https://www.facebook.com/Bitcoin-Mongolia-938384882925555/ that got some followers.

Can you get them to vouch that you are Mongolian?

It's good that those that are interested get some help. But even the metropolitan area of Phoenix Arizona has that many people or more. And most of those people haven't even heard of Bitcoin.

Cool

I don't think that you will get donations here. You have very ambitious plans which is very hard to reach. You are newbie, we don't know anything about you and you didn't provided enough information. Even if you will get donations, it only will be worth few dollars and it's not enough to start your projects. I think you have to search people in your country who can be interested in your projects. But it's hard process.

You probably will be hard to find people who will donate their money for an unknown development project. It seems to me that you need to start with in order to seek like-minded people who can help, not with money but with their knowledge and experience. Wish you success in this business.

I have a question. You ask for some money on some business project. Is it exist even one business plan on any of the ideas you wrote here?

I want to do something... And put wallet number for donation is not enough. Not to speak of doubtful investment to such pour country like Mongolia.

First donation came from a Bitcointalk member.
I'm so happy that people understands me and extent of projects.
I know that risky nature of giving donation to unknown guy on internet.
I think he is an ordinary guy with tech background like me. So we understood each other easily.
His contribution is vital supply to move projects forward and enabled me to dedicate full time.
I didn't receive his donation via project's address because of some privacy.
He will be remembered forever and I will honour everybody who is willing to do good cause.

For the people by the people.!
