I did take part in the pre- Ioc and everything worked fine. But when I send my ether to support the devs at the real Ico, my transaction failed and the amount didnt show up at the Dashboard. An Email at the support is not answered jet (since 4 days). Usually I dont get into any Ico, when the team is not shown on the site of the project. But this time I did it again cause the idea sounds nice. We will see what wil happen to my amount of eth...
For the success of PRE-ICO I thought ICO would be finished in a few hours! Could someone explain to me what happened and why is the interest Suretly lower? Or are things going the way you imagined? When will there be exchange?
Dev or manager, have the rewards campaigns been extended by the end of ICO? Of course, if the maximum goal is reached before, will the campaigns be finalized? Will you transfer these "others 10%" to the signature campaign?
Why is Suretly using a company to help with their ICO that will take a staggering 10% in commission fees for outgoing transactions??
when will Suretly be added to the exchanges? There's a huge bonus and pre-sale and bounties available. Definitely there will be a lot that cannot wait to offload those tokens because of the uncertainty of the SegWit and will cash in immediately. That will be a good time to put some buy orders.

I have the SUR tokens in the daskboard, as an investor, should i keep it there till ICO ends? Or is there a way to withdraw to my wallet now?

The application is available in the US and Russia. If you are trying to do that from Apple Store, I think you will have problems with that because Apple always trace your location. Did you try it in Google Play?

Beside that the signature campaign has been extended without any info on how the payment will be adjusted. This is reason enough for me to not invest into their ICO because I'm a huge fan of transparency from the beginning and this transparency is not given if the predefined terms change afterwards.

What is going on with the crowdsale of Suretly? Why has it stop at $1.5M? 
It is bad-timing due to the market. We do everything we can.
But what is ICO goal for suretly same? It's a million dollar amount, and remember that the Pre-ICO was very sucecidade, you can not despise those numbers! And the fear of August 1 is approaching! 
Yeah, the minimum cap is still 1,5 mln, the hard is the same.
