I completely agree with you. Low supply does not guarantee success but it can help if promoted properly.
With regards to Suretly they need to get some sort of advertising campaign going so users inside and outside of this forum can learn more about them and the loan service they provide.

I was skeptical of the SURETLY project when they were first fund raising using WAVES platform. I thought the amount they wanted to raise and the amount they actually raised was not sufficient enough to start a viable business.
Is there an open clear and concise list available of how much SUR loans has been given out or approved and what were worth when returned back?

Try to look at coinmarketcap, why is the volume of SUR not in the information ?,
Is SUR not traded anymore or does SUR have a trading volume at this time?

Trading volumes are very small but there are some.
I think it was just a mistake and SUR continue to be traded on HitBTC.

I would understand the price because we have gone through a long bear market, but its trading volume is very low, its not even 1 usd per listed in https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/suretly/markets/... I know there's still a little volume in hitbtc but to be listed by less than 1 usd in CMC, this means there is no liquidity in this project, so what if the price will rise if the volume will remain low?

With regards to Suretly (SUR) price, current price now is $0.745 (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/suretly/) but the volume listed might be fake.
The volume is real. It's only 5 dollars in the past 24 hours. As I see on Coinmarketcap, Suretly is now ranked 1353rd based on market cap. Shouldn't expect higher volume for a token with this rank. Suretly is only available in HitBTC. It's normal that almost no one is interested in this token.
I think that altcoins go down not because Bitcoin but because people lost trust in altcoins and prefer to invest in Bitcoin. Many cryptocurrency projects do not develop and we see the results.
I think its not totally that they loss trust on altcoins, they are just doing the right approach because the entire market is still struggle. When bitcoin is only the one who really bounce back after being dump, they see it stronger than altcoins but we are expecting altcoins run will eventually take place soon.

From beginning I have been holding your SUR tokens, but there is no much improvisation in price. but what the SUR team is doing the great job for burning the SUR tokens and i hope in coming days SUR team will do big amount of SUR tokens to burn. I hope it will be helpful for SUR tokens price increase. And my request is to SUR team to get your tokens in big exchange.
