I do not know how is this thing works, because it seems like to good to be true, if there is an easy way to earn your money why you do not put your own money to play instead of asking from others to buy it from you? As i said everything about it its made private , i can garantuee you max people use this its 87 right now. For bitcoin you can use pinnacle Sports Bookmaker and they support arbitrage.
Also all exhchanges sportsbook almost all of them support and are friendly arbitrage.
P.s Also asian bookmaker they not limit account , you can bet max stakes there.
