Ummm... Maybe I did not express well what I meant. Let me rephrase it.

So you said you will keep also the old format of the table (actually it's inside your earlier post). This is for those willing to browse from mobile phones. And I suggested the following: (1) there will certainly be changes to the new table from OP (the one which is already changed); (2) since OP will be updated in the future with various suggestions from other users, it would be wise to update also the old table -- the one you kept for users browsing from mobiles. Practically, since you (we) keep also the old table inside a post, I believe that when new sites will be added to / deleted from the new table from OP, this change should reflect also inside the old table, which you posted here. This way, users browsing from mobile phones will also be able to see all new additions to the new table from OP.

Your comment made already sense before, dear GazetaBitcoin and my suggestion was indeed to keep it as it is and updates would only get included in our new one.
Our old table would be an historic version, frozen at that point of time, when we implemented our new layout.

I would apply a "stay" for our 8 points rating since 8 and 9 points have equal votes, so I consider it as a vote for "stay".
If my assumption is against a fair decision and people request to have a runoff vote, I can also set up a runoff vote, of course.

I guess it would be fair for this site to organize one more survey for a final decision regarding its final mark (a vote for 8 or 9). Maybe a one week survey...? Also take into consideration that such a move will also be consistent with earlier changes, meaning it will be a democratic vote
