I have witnessed such a thing in my wallet an unusual tokens appearing on my wallet address, I have like two of such coins sitting in my wallet, One of them is called 20-foot-equiunit, I have search the internet but could not find any information on the token. So my guess is that people might be using it to test their dApps

Be the reason someone smiles today
No need to worry you about this transaction. I git it, too, and my MEW is just fine.

Nobody can hack your account unless he has access to your private key. So, keep calm and just ignore these fake airdrop transaction.

Usually it's a token that is devoted to ico promotion for some ICO or maybe it's spam tokens that same with other spam token that had been hanging around a few months ago. Check here https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/6zy091/token_spam/ Good luck!
Which you say is true too, because recently there was an unknown token in my wallet.

This is a new innovative type of advertisement.
They found a good way to advertise their company with related people.
I wonder how much ETH they spent on Gas

The Standard Protocol - Solving Inflation
I saw this tx as well today in my wallet. Got spooked, but had a friend check and he confirmed its just a spammy contract with no other authorisation on wallet.
Yes i got this too, i thought my wallet got hacked. My friend said its a weird smart contract that just got hacked or something like that, but i do think there is no problem at all here. I think my wallet still safe.

Here is a letter me was shown today:

The Token Has Spoken

Don't worry, your wallet is safe. We just wanted to show you that you could do things with tokens nobody had ever dreamed of. That is just the tip of the iceberg. And we've built the system to do it. Build Tokens that work in the real world. Here's how:

If you're a developer, it's as simple as REST API which we provide several fully functional demo apps w/code using the token.

If you're an entrepreneur, you just need a developer who knows how to build the app your token will be used in. They can use our system with any modern language and generate tokens within minutes. No more hunting for the magical crypto unicorn on a budget.

If you're a financier, you'll be able to see an entire ecosystem of tokens, token ideas, and real world token implementations. Any token can be converted to a mainnet ERC20 exchange token.

Add yourself to our list below to find out more.

My address is full of those free airdropped tokens and I dont mind it, maybe in the long run some of them will actually be worth something, but probably not, still, they does not endanger your other holdings or anything of this fashion, no.

It's an ad. Send a few tokens with a link to a website in the name to random addresses and many eth holders will visit your website. It's like a global announcement for the whole eth ecosystem.

Whoah, Thanks for thr info man..never heard of it just yet till I came to read this thread.

But how it could be??? tell me someone! Today I saw on my wallet withdraw this tokens, but I didnt recieve them never! also they was withdraw without me!! This is transaction hash  https://ethplorer.io/tx/0x2be22481c28aba90e3b58132ca7547d64f420aec760af6e740b991450691bb21#pageSize=100   , it was made in one minute 753 transactions to withdraw!
How can someone to withdraw from my wallet???
http://prntscr.com/k7nehm
The TX id you mentioned was the transaction of 2500 tokens which was mentioned in OP was send to 752 users, you are also one of them. But they can't withdraw that token without your permission.SO no one can withdraw your wallet's funds other than the people who have the private keys of that wallet.
If your other asset not lost, your wallet is secure, however if one who hack your wallet, he / she will take out all your properties. Not ony one token but clean all your asset with your eth. you have nothing now is someone hacked your wallet. If only one token and I think it is a promo toke with smart contract to leave the wallet by itself.

As my knowledge, MEW wallet was attacked some day ago by HOLA extension add-on which help fake IP by VPN tunnel. Do you use this add-on? My friend used it and was hacked 3 ETH by scammers. Be careful.

Not worried about receiving shit tokens. But these 'nicetokens' were not deposited INTO my address, they were send OUT of my address, which is a Trezor generated address by the way.
Someone generates coins on the fly in random addresses and can send them out to other addresses (regardless from Trezor or MEW or whatever, none of those interfaces are actually used when coins are transferred) Huh

And I see one of the destination addresses is BancorTokenNetwork. Bancor? If that's not fishy, then what is...

If the wallet owner did not confirm the transaction, then it turns out that the wallet was hacked. I understand correctly? Otherwise I can not understand how the coins could be withdrawn from the wallet Huh

At me some days ago hackers have stolen 4,5 ETH with myetherwallet. (
I followed all the safety rules! I do not know how they did it, and I do not understand how the whales store a lot of thousands of ETH on the myetherwallet and they do not steal from them! MEW is a very bad wallet for our money ...
