Swat is not only a coin but also a high end fully functional phone/pocket miner. The endless things that can be done with these products are astonishing. Some are just coins(boring), some are just apps on a phone(boring), the pocket miner has everything, kind of like a one stop shop. So for people to be skeptical is understanding in the beginning because no one offers this type of service anywhere. To be able to pay for something with your phone and be able to make money at the same time is revolutionary. How many companies in the world can say that they can do all of these things. Not many in my mind. To me that is the reason I got involved with this project, I have no insider information on anything. I am here because of the idea to change the world and I wanted to be apart of it. So everyone please do your own due diligence and decide for yourself if you want to be aprt of this. Don’t just knock the product because you have no information like some people have stated, just go with the flow and either buy in or don’t. Life is about chances and how many chances are you going to pass up.
Sorry just had to rant a little based on some unkind words said about swat without reading anything that swat has to offer.

Our Pocket Miner operation is a hardware based mining operation. Any software based simulation is susceptible to breach and manipulation whereas it is difficult to do that with pre-registered configurations of the Pocket Miners. We are looking at rugged machines upto 8 inch screen size with durable processors with exceptional build quality to deliver consistence performance over the long-term.

Wide-Spectrum meaning, peer to peer transactions, e-commerce transactions, banking transactions, bookings, subscriptions, utility payments, any type of transaction that is needed by everyone in everyday life and made to be easily and securely available to the common man.

1. Is your mobile miner actually mining or is it simulated mining like in electroneum?

2. what are "wide-spectrum authenticated transactions"?

Airdrop to All WAVES Holders on the Waves Exchange. - The Pros and Cons!

Thanks to pwrproperty's good suggestion I have decided to give an airdrop to all WAVES Holders on the WAVES Exchange! This is like a bitcoin fork giving an airdrop to Bitcoin holders.  We will give the airdrop to all 270 K WAVES holders in the following  phases, First Phase 100 x 1000 = 100000, Second Phase 50 x 10000 = 500000, Third Phase 20 x 90000 = 1800000 and Fourth Phase 10 x 170000 = 1700000 a total of 4,100,000 SWAT.

I have a list of 100 K WAVES Address of WAVES Holders taken from here.

I have converted this list into a CSV file. We can do a bulk transfer/airdrop on Waves with a csv file.

The WAVES Decentralized Exchange has a daily turnover of 5.66 million USD.

Though an air drop of this level might help in increasing volumes it may decrease the price in the short term and these coins will come back to us through the buy wall. Now that we have the buy walls i place the coins that are airdropped can actually be sold unlike some airdrops that we keep receiving which don't have any financial value. But we hope by using the message option during the transfer we will make the total base as net buyers rather than sellers.

We can increase the user base instantly to 270 K users by giving an airdrop, these users will not have any knowledge about our project. The right way to increase our user base will be to educate them about the project and get more informed users who believe in the project and those who will buy at the right price and hold for the long term.  

In order to do this I can send them our Bitcointalk link in the message slot (if it accepts links) and hopefully we will get some more good investors from this for the long term! Also I will send a message to WAVES support and twitter with the message about this airdrop!

Focus and Next Course of Action! (Interesting Management Story Inside!)

List of activities Leading up to the Release of Pocket Miners for Testing in September 2018

Now that the SWAT block chain has been established and a reliable wallet released, the next priority and total focus is on developing and testing the mining app to be pre-installed on our Pocket Miners, Launching the Pocket Miners for pre-testing and to get the Pocket Miners ready for launch in October.

Between now and September 2018 there will be upgrades, launches of other versions like our MAC OS Wallet, setting up of mining pool, master nodes, blockexplorer, etc., on the technical side and on the management and operational front, identification of more distributors, bringing in strategic investors along with our ongoing efforts to increase user base, be it through listing in other exchanges, promotions or through airdrops and bounties. Look forward to the active participation of all our investor community members in all the afore mentioned activities.

Everyone is already aware that there are inquiries from 16 countries for distributorship. This is a huge positive for us and an excellent opportunity for us to capitalize on! The process of screening and appointing the right distributors who will be a correct fit for us, registering brand names in the individual countries to be launched through the WIPO platform, setting up logistics for shipping and delivery along with establishing a reliable after-sales service network in all these countries is the next priority.

Every bit of resource will be used in this direction till we succeed with the Pocket Miner and with it our coin. The focus of the team and the entire community should be on this until all these aspects of the project are fully and firmly implemented.

Focus is the key to success in anything and everything in life. If you give your 100% to one thing at a time, success is a certainty.

Here is a simple example that I use very often to easily explain the importance of focus and the futility of any effort without focus.

If you dig 5 feet (as in digging a well) in 20 places (lack of focus) you will never get water. Repeating it once again for emphasis, If you dig 5 feet in 20 places you will never get water!

On the other hand if you dig 100 feet in one place (focus) or dig deep enough till you succeed, You will not just get water, you might end up with a Gold Mine, Oil Well, Diamond Deposit or use your deep well for extracting GEO Thermal Energy free of cost eternally! Focus is the key!

Our Focus will be on SWAT and Pocket Miner till we succeed! And I am absolutely sure our success will be bigger than a gold mine, oil well, diamond deposit or a GEO thermal project. In fact it will be bigger than all these put together!
