In Arab countries the woman is considered to be a thing of the goods and for men. And there are more rapes than in any other country. My husband constantly rapes his wife, and she has no right to protest. Although in fact - it is rape, no matter they are married or not

You're presuming that women dress to provoke/attract/please men. Here's a thought, they dress for themselves, because they like to feel nice, to feel attractive. We don't need to teach women how to not dress provocatively, we need to teach men how not to rape women. Radical, I know, but we live in 2016, we no longer have to cover up piano legs in case they arouse men, people are responsible for their own actions.
