A group of about twenty different customers, and some former KnCMiner employees, have started a Twitter account to help preserve evidence of the KnCMiner fraud.

If you DM, we can also provide help with referrals to lawyers in both Sweden and the USA for help in recovering money stolen by KnC.

Thank you

there is no knc miner fraud. , only dumb users who expected to much. Smiley
an asked money back ,,, and got it back in BTC witch IS legal by sewdish law,
KNC Delivred evrything in the end and the ROI must be seen in BTC.
because only  the coversion rate @ time of transaction does matter!
that the BTC price fell can not be blamed on KNC.

In the USA if you pay in USD you MUST get your refund in USD.... I assume it is the same for the Eu...so no that is not legal even if you accept
we are a business and you are a business method of transaction (I know this because american express card gave me a refund on my 30% down
on my alpha-t.net scrypt miner that never shipped..on that aspect alone.....you pay in usd you get paid back in usd ..how i won the case /dispute

Nope ,,, bitpay is located in Europe! Amsterdam to be preceice!
Knc is sweden so iets europe ,, alphe-t offerd a calender based payout in bitisch pounds...
Like if you ask refund at day X then you get 80 % day Y 50% erc,,, then they can NOT use the BTC price because BTC is not money!
In case of KNC ,, they just offer refund of the TRANSACTION ,,, this means they pay back the trade!

alpha was only offering partial payment of full amount in BTC at the lesser rate ..told folk to lump it or leave it...most with cc order had this fixed
quick....to be fair i think master card it was same day ...my amex took 30 days i think it was.and this would be true even if you believe knc's 1 sided you
are a business argument.....and again i assume this is the same for the EU)...so no they can't pick and choose ...even thou they have offered such
in the past.

Side point is .....the lawyers will imho view prove at least on in the area of NEPTUNES that KNC did not ship the customers units in a timely manner..ie personal use fraud...
(many ordered nov 25th 2013 before KNC even announced it was gonna make a NEPTUNE data farm) so in other words even thou they had previous
orders in hand they skipped over those orders to fill their data hall in Iceland (see  bandwith and their own cloud hashing info on growth there) and then
months afterwards (my recollection at least 4 or 5 months) then shipped the neptunes ordered starting the previous nov 25th 2013 onward after taking the
majority for themselves months earlier

that imho will be the most easy of claims to prove against KNC by the class actions...pretty cut and dried.....

you forget about the firmware for the first 2 months of delivery UNABLE TO DO OTHER ALTS of the fast block nature (ie new coin the most profitable) and the lies about such
till the fix came (no problems but they annonce a fix 2 months late..not to mention the fact they went back and tried to change all the www pages to show they never said
it was an altcoin miner...kept the dates of the pages.but claimed with the changes it was always an LTC miner....

the fact they will NOT RMA  a bad cube (i have 2 cubes with a bad die in each....no RMA on one dead die on a cube unless more then 2 cubes)..that of course was NOT
in their original RMA description ...also changed

the fact also on RMA that they are not required to pay for shipping unless the unit (the whole unit ie titan all cubes) is DOA otherwise you pay the postage of which they charged
last I heard back in nov 2014 when I asked was 400 usd per cube.....they were swamped with RMA problems those months viola change the terms and pages keep the old dates

others on here can add the other 19 things they did that are illegal and probably there are another 14 plus on to that from what I can tell from EU law ..which is even more harsh

those are proven fraud or breach of contract under KNC original rules which they changed and/or won't stand behind their original promises

I'll let others on here add more to the above list....but that is what comes to mind on JUST the firmware and RMA issues alone off the top of my head

and less you say...well that is how all asic mnfg behave...spondoolies has had issues with equipment etc and has always compensated w/o an issue
and no one can say by being honest it hurt their bottom line any.....

anyway others can chime in here with the other 9 pages or so of KNC issues that were dubious and illegal here...I doubt he will bother to read such
in that he seems to still be on the knc kool aid...but hey ......if he is gonna spout such misinformation ...we can bury him with the facts i guess

Guys, regarding the neptune. cgminer 4.9.1 VS bfgminer 5.0, any advantages to one or the other? I imagine bfgminer supports #xnsub for pools like nicehash while cgminer doesn't? Anything else?

What do you neptune owners prefer to run?

I use cgminer on both 1st and bones neptune Smiley

try voltage tweaking some cube need less voltage -0.0836 is less voltage then -0.0366
need to play around and have a lot of pacience....

That's my problem.  I'm an accountant not a doctor.  I don't have patients. Smiley

I'll keep trying.  Different voltages so far haven't made a difference.  I was hoping they had some firmware like they did for the Jups to get the dies to turn on.

no Y yet, got 16awg wires and i would like to downclock to ~250w per cube
if possible

That should be fine.  I'm using server PSU and 16 g wire also.  You can feel some warmth, but not bad.

@notthematrix---Any tricks to get cubes to turn on?  I've got a few that show up, but I can't seem to get the dies to start up.

really scared of working with this miner! the 400w per 1 6pins scares the shit out of me!

You should be. Smiley  Be sure to use the Y-cables or at least 6+2 pin PCIE.  There is too much juice running for standard PCIE cable (18 gauge).
